How to clean the aerator. The stream of water comes down all over bottle when you're filling up. The tool I have to remove aerator does not seem to work .

We just had one of these installed in our building on Fort Custer. Does that temperature adjust on this video adjust both the spout and the bottle filler temp?
Ours is not cold enough, and we are trying to do away with out water cooler which is nice and cold.
