I find that when you get that low it is easier to push correctly off the left foot at the back of the circle.

Powell was technically better, but I think Wilkins was in his head. They hated each other and I don't think Powell ever beat Mac.

Yea, well it is hard to get very low without a lot of leg strength. Even when I was hack squatting 700 I found it hard. Perhaps I needed drugs!
