I watched the more popular "sad ending" type anime to point where they are wholesome now, just finished edgerunners and damn I haven't cried but no anime ending has hit the feels so damn hard for a while.

@translator-kun I wasn't affected by him dying because liked you said we saw it coming however I wasn't expecting THAT song to play with Lucy on the moon by herself. Originally I didn't like how it was so short(10 eps) but now I realised it would be another "wholesome" anime that have 23 eps to prepare you for the finale gut punch if it were longer. Its short enough to not make you lose interest but gets you attached to the characters. Similar effect as akame ga kill with the side characters. Regardless Hope you have a nice day my friend.
