Ya sorry, I didn't do very well showing that part... I even said so. After folding the bottom flap up to the nose you need to partially unfold it and reach in and pull out the two middle interior edges. Where do you fold them? To the edges of the bottom flap. And then when you flatten the flap back up to the nose, it will form two more folds which are symmetric with the first two. Hope that helps!
You mean one that just spins on the table? and spins on two intersecting creases? I think I'm familiar with that. I'm more into the oscillation fidget spinners, but I like your idea, and I'm actually working on it, to do a simple basic oscillation spinner that you could color patterns onto if you want.
