Sick video Jack! I fully go by the same mentality as focusing on where you’re going to put the ball and not where the keeper is going. When training penalties I sometimes tell the keeper where I’m going so I can get use to just putting it in the corner regardless of the keeper.

ive realised after so much pens taken, that if you learn to insane placement of ball at 2 places, for me its bottom right and top left. ive learned the placement so hard, that i just HIT IT with full power to one of those without thinking, ive taken 12 pens so far, all are goals.
By the way, I guess that "Robin Hood celebration" is coming from your origin, right? Loving it! It's actually clever and beautiful! I'm thinking about getting some trials with Nottingham Forest women's team some day. I'd love to experience English football system, and it's an aim of mine playing in England! I really like the video - one comment to taller penalty shooters with long legs: take a 5-7 step run up - not just 3 steps. If you look like a dwarf on steroids with tons of power - 3 steps might be enough - but I found it way easier with longer inrun. otherwise you dont have force from the run and produce the power from the legs - with takes out the control. very nice area with mountains where is this? ok found it utah
It’s really hard to increase muscle mass in the calves but you can increase strength and power by doing calf raises, power jumps, sprints, and by just playing the game.

My strategy is to know exactly where I'm going to put it and ignore the keeper. I also switch my feet every time, since I am almost equal.
