Small Animal Spray from Menards around the perimeter of your garden will deter rabbits, squirrels, cats, etc. Smell to humans goes away overnight. Re-spray after rain or after 7-10 days if the critters are still hanging around. Really enjoy your garden tours, Carter 🎉

Hi Carter so nice to see you. I say bugs bunny has to go. I remember years ago at this house I had, rabbits all over. I had a recipe for crushed garlic/dish soap and hot peppers. Put in a milk jug fill with water and let it sit for a day to get really stinky and hot and then just spray around your plants. Rabbits do not like strong scent. Probably find a good recipe on google. Your peppers are just amazing! I will trade your peppers for my black berries. We have to cut a lot of ours down they just take over our property down towards the creek and just to many bears. Always something. Your tomatoes look great. Oh a little humor..... Why did the tomato blush? Because it saw the salad dressing...... Always so nice to spend time with your hands in the dirt. Happy gardening. Cheers.

Good morning Carter. In our previous homes garden we had critter issues also. My husband bought a gadget that you hook up to a hose and when it sensed movement it sprayed water. It actually worked for us. I’m not sure what it’s called but shouldn’t be hard to search online.
Another thing I’ve noticed is any areas I used black kow late winter/ early spring this year my plants are struggling. Just the same as the flowers you’ve shown. Sadly my area are my Cherry and slicers. Everything else we amended with it was in the fall and no issues in those beds.

Sprinkle grits on your ants, might work for those winged things too. Sounds silly but I promise it works. They eat the grits or carry them home. They eat it and since their bodies can't withstand the swelling and they blow up. Makes me happy. I live in Texas and deal with the fire ants and the regular ones. Just remember if the grits get wet you need to sprinkle a little more. Please try, if it doesn't work (which it will) you can have breakfast in the garden. lol. Works indoors too for sugar ants.

Carter, you have a beautiful garden and smile. In regards to ants, just sprinkle diatomaceous earth (powder). Don't breathe this stuff. As long as it is dry, it will be killing ants. When it gets wet, you will need to reapply. You can also mix sugar with borax and make a paste. Place it by the ant nest; it will kill them. They will carry the sugar and borax to the nest and kill the queen. Please be careful with your pets. Rabbits will not eat this stuff... LOL.
