What server hoster do we use? We use Server Miner and it's really worth it. Rarely lags, makes world swapping a breeze, and I'm pretty sure Hermitcraft uses it too.

Imagine this: They've finally run out of resources in the 100×100, both in the nether and the overworld, they have alot of beacons, but no nonrenewable resources left, and then, the border triples in size, to 300×300, that'd be pretty cool once they get to that point
Exploit: you can destroy blocks outside of the border Items: 1 Piston, 1 button, 1 Slime block, TNT (any amount is fine), Enderpearl Method: place the piston facing the border and the slime block so that the piston can push it, place a TNT in front of the slime and ignite it and activate the piston with the button. The TNT is now an entity and can pass through the border destroying all the blocks past it, use the enderpearl and teleport outside the border, pick up the blocks and repeat it as much as wanted. I can't believe I just thought of that

I had a world with my siblings before infinite was added. We spawned on these three small islands with a couple trees. When we had one birch tree left we slapped a sign on it saying it was the last one and agreed not to cut it down. Or at least that’s how I remember it, I still have the world so I could go check. I also “trapped” my door by putting gravel above it with dirt I could dig haha

I did the math and totally didn’t use a calculator but if you want to know how many blocks are cut off from the 128 by 128 spawns of mobs, it’s 6384 which is why the world is so dangerous, the 100 by 100 world cuts off a third of the spawn area, so you get a third more mobs
