Could Cell possibly time travel back to when Gero was alive and force him to give him upgrades? I dunno, if Gero made this monster, Cell could possibly force him to improve him better.

My idea for how this starts is that Gowasu has noticed his new student having doubts about whether the Kais should even be helping the mortals and so he comes up with the idea that maybe Zamasu should spend some time among them to gain a better perspective similar to Merus. He decides that it would be best to send hm to another universe instead of staying in Universe 10 since Zamasu is already somewhat familiar with the mortals in Universe 10 and has some bias that could affect his judgement. It's a weird concept but I think it has some potential.

I've read Marvel and DC comics for years and multiple writers have tried for decades to map out what they think the Multiverse/Omniverse looks like and it doesn't really make sense in practical ways. Things like Loki, Grant Morrison's Multiversal Map, and Batman's Spaghetti come to mind. All very confusing impractical theories that don't really work out. Your diagram makes a lot of sense in a practical way because of the nature/absurdity of DB. 😂

Idea... what if Goku Black turned good? Do it right and there would be an incredibly strong fighter to help fight against Cell. Might even be a good chance to bring in that five person fusion from Dragon Ball Fusions to help out as well.
I'd like to see you pit Cell Prime against some of your other What-If powerhouses, like Goku/Gohan if they had Frieza's potential (my favorite scenario). As long as they're above Beerus level, it should be interesting.
Welp there goes my idea of the heroes from the Present Cell story from the split timeline coming back. 😆 Oh, hey, Cell helped the Z-Fighters by killing off Frieza here well in one half of the timeline anyway. 👍 I'm curious about who else is joining the What if Time Patrol I'm hoping for Gohan and Goten from the Twin series. 🙂 Anyways another really good part, and will check out the next part.
