Great video, and some really cool trails in South Dakota. Isn't traillink great? I love it, and use it all the time to find bike trails around Milwaukee and the rest of Wisconsin. If you ever get up north in Wisconsin you have to ride the Heart of Vilas County Trail System. It is awesome. It is all paved and 52 miles long, going through Mercer, Manitowish Waters, Boulder Junction, Sayner, and St. Germain. My favorite is the Manitowish Waters Bike Trail. It's 18 miles and runs through forests of pine trees, rivers, lakes, bridges, parks, and even a beautiful pavilion. It is the prettiest and best trail that I have ever ridden. I hear that from other people who ride this trail too. Check out you tube to see video's of this trail. It really shows the beauty. Also I posted a lot of pics on traillink of this trail since I have ridden it 15 times in the last two years.

That light on my bike helmet is a 15 year OLD Ray-O-Vac head/helmet light I removed the elastic straps off of, and zip tied it to my bike helmet. It is discontinued, but if you google this, I found a similar one on Amazon: Rechargeable LED Headlamp, Super Bright 2500 Lumens Head Lamp with 3 Modes, IPX4 Waterproof Zoomable Headlamps Flashlight for Running, Camping, Repairing (2 Batteries, USB Cable Included) (I personally HATE rechargeables for something I need to depend on!) My light takes (3) AA

Out butts wear out at about 35 miles in one day. Pat and Paul (his chain fell off in the video) have Pedego Ebikes. They like them, but will be replacing them. They are constantly breaking spokes! Brian's 21 speed hybrid ebike was the most problematic, mainly due to being transported outside. Even though its covered while traveling, it gets weathered. Not sure what the brand is.
@@OurJourneyInMyles thanks for the quick reply. My wife and I have a 32 ft gas Tiffin. We live in south Florida, retired and try to get get out as much as possible. We enjoy your videos and hope to meet you guys sometime down the road
Great Video.. Mickelson Trail just moved up a couple notches.. I bike a lot of Bike trails.. This Looks really Interesting.. What kind of E bike does he ride? Looking for a E bike for my favorite lady.. Thanks..
Sue & I have Elux Brand, Malibu GT model ebikes. Blonde Linda also has an Elux. They have been trouble free. The GT Model has a GIANT 21Ah battery. We can easily get 70 miles out of one charge in the flat terrain of Florida we are in now. In the Hills of the Mickelson Bike Trail, I would be able to count on and easy 50 plus! @@OurJourneyInMyles Great Info Thanks 😁
Once folks start to use Trail Link, it's almost too good to be true!
Great video. How many miles do you get out of your E Bikes?

@@OurJourneyInMyles Thanks. Love watching your videos.Plan on retiring end of this year and get a Class A and travel the US.
Sounds like I'll need some Claritin for the Mickelson trail. 🤧
Lots of allergens in the air!
Sue...did you find a charger for the 'ld Chan Man halfway out?
I made sure to get some rest the night before because I didn't want to be the lagger on this trail!
Awesome video Sue and Mark! How much range can y’all get out of a single charge on your eBikes? My wife and I just ordered a couple of Lectric eBikes to use on our adventures. Thank you for sharing your super videos and Happy New Year!

Hi Sue, why do you travel home without Mark? You never say why Mark stays behind.
This is Mark. Sue is visiting her daughter, grandson, mom, relatives and friends when she travels home. I prefer to stay with the rig and work on projects, videos and other things like staying up late and sleeping in!
Hello, could you post a link for the helmet light you have on your sena? I checked your Amazon list but did not see it listed there. Thank you
That light on my bike helmet is a 15 year OLD Ray-O-Vac head/helmet light I removed the elastic straps off of, and zip tied it to my bike helmet.
@@OurJourneyInMyles it so important to have a light on your head at night. It's the first highest point drivers will notice. I also have the sena helmet and I plan on attaching the light on top as you have done. I thought what a great idea. I have some old ones too which are.battery only. I will buy a rechargeable one for other endeavors.. Thank you for responding and I really enjoy your videos!
Do you carry an extra battery for your electric bikes?
We DO NOT carry an extra battery. I recommend folks get bikes that take IDENTICAL BATTERY FORM FACTORS. That way, the person who uses the most battery can "swap batteries at the 50% point", and then both turn around and get back without taking that lower battery down to zero! Got it! The Vegas Rally must have been great,.....that Las Vega Oasis RV campground is really nice. We stayed there for a month. I am guessing Brett is hi-balling it to the Tampa RV Show in his Newmar Essex motorhome now?
@@OurJourneyInMyles Brett may be so busey he will fly down. He flies more than some commercial pilot's. We can't make it down to see you big shot "media creators" Next AIM Rally We will make is the one before the FMCA rally in AZ.
I don't think Myles took too kindly to being considered a future resident of the South Dakota "car henge"😂
I apologized to him later in the day,.......
