I can't thank you enough for all of your informative videos. I followed all of your advise to clear cache using the Background app. I had 79 open apps! My download speed is 906.43 and upload is 36.69! I have Gigablast.

OMG I went from 91% internal storage down to 60%. I had 70 apk files on my fire tv just sitting there taking up space. I kept getting low storage warnings and I was desperate to find a solution. I always delete cache & I clear data most of the time. IDK if clearing data is good (Your take) but I thought it was helpful. Thanks again! I have set for hours deleting stuff off my firestick due to a pop up during watching something, telling me I am very low on storage. I deleted anything I knew I didn't need, as I have my infinity streaming tv installed on there and don't want to remove stuff it needs to run. I've never thought about clearing the cache. I am now going to clear those and see how much more space I get. Someone is reading my mind because I was going to work on this again today, and out of no where it popped up in my feed LOL.
