Hello Sir Thank you again I have a question after the analysis of the data whatever model it suggested should we have to choose and redesign our experiment once more and what is the point of all the graph plots?
I want to know that in CCD all independent factors are considered in each run. For instance, in your example, there were 3 factors. Now, considering your example, is there any way that I can include some runs in which 2 factors are considered out of 3?
Thaks a lot, a got linear and quardratic as 'suggested' after using the data from the manuscript. Based on parameters arrangement i got after model generation, i substituted values. Question is of the center point values, like how should i know what values of output responses must be used for center point values ( ex: 6 ,5.5,8 in which center points remains same, but output values differ).
from where you have added the data in response1, 2, 3 columns ? and clicking on the graphs is showing no analysis could you please help me with this . . thank you in advance
Response values are experimental values. Firstly, we have design our experiment through design expert software. Later on, we have conducted experiment according to RSM treatment plan and enter the experimental results in response column. For analysis, follow this tutorial series and do it in sequence
My pleasure. Software shows regression in term of coded and uncoded factors. You can choose one of them according to your choice. Additionally, some researchers prefer to show only significant term in final regression equation. That's why you have feel the difference.
@@TeachingJunction sir, does it mean... that the first 3 columns (factor 1, 2, and 3) are the values suggested by the software for experiments. now based on these values we have to perform the experiment manually in lab. till then, we can go for graph and other analysis ? then after getting the results of laboratory experiments, we have to fill the response 1,2,3 columns manually ?
I am sorry, i wanna ask, what can i do if my anova not significant ? What data that i can change and look? Thank you so much

For Box-Behnken design of RSM, watch this video series: i.ytimg.com/vi/bSFcf9Tkklw/default.jpg
Thanks a million, teaching junction. Exactly what I needed.
Great to hear!
hello there, could you help me to find the values for response 1, 2, and 3 columns... from where will we get those values ?

In RSM we do not run replicates. The central points results give us data about the variability of our experimental values
dude, you just saved my life
glad it was helpful for you
Hello Sir. from where you obtained the response values?
From experiment
Thanks Sir.
Can you help with one on ANN
What to do if lack of fit is significant. How to make it insignificant?
please suggest from which site, I can get the design xpert software
The value of the response represents experimental generated data. Pls help me Sir, na
Yes
@@TeachingJunction I Just need your assistance

How did she get the value of response variables in 2: 24 minutes in this video? Can anyone help me?
We can get the value of responses through experiments
Do you mean experiments from the lab ? or what do you mean? @@TeachingJunction
@@denamahmood3488 yes
Can you supply a video to show how to get these values? @@TeachingJunction
If there are two factors, and one response then BBD used or not... if not then which one is used..?
You can use either CCD or BBD. It depends on objective of the research, nature of experiment and resources
how to calculate response (equation or experiment) how
Watch the whole lecture series. I have already explained this in already uploaded lecture series.
Thank you
You are welcome
How you enter the response value can ypu plz tell me which value i have to enter in the response column
Experimental values i.e., the values obtained through experiments
Aan okok and then what's the value of low value and high value...from three replicates we have to select the minimum one and maximum one?
Thank you sir
Welcome
Thanks but from where did you get the values of responses
You can get the value of response from experimental results. I have used the values of a research study for demonstration

Sir , how to find out coded equation
You will found coded as well as actual values containing equations in design expert software
Sir from where did you get the values of responses at 2:15 in the video
In this lecture series, I have used the data of a study as explained in Part 1.
In my experiment, the suggested model is linear. Can I choose another model (in this case is quadratic model) for the RSM?
No. That is not recommended
@@TeachingJunction even if the quadratic has higher R-squared and the lack of fit is insignificant? but the sequential p-value is 0.37 in my case.
how to download design expert?? Can anyone help me with that??
how to make response data file ?
response data are experimental values. you can manually enter these values in software
A shortcut to what F-value ?
How to calculate response variable..?
through experiments
how to get response data
You can get response data from experiments that were conducted according to RSM plan (treatments formulated through design expert software)
@@TeachingJunction could you please pin that video also
Thank you Sir
Most welcome
