    How can she win critics choice award and sag award but not get nominated for an Oscar????????!!!!!!!!!!

    • @anisanurraudah8383
      @anisanurraudah8383 4 года назад

      yup... weird right? But then again, Ben Affleck won SAG, Critics, GG, and Bafta yet he was not even nominated for best director for Argo in 2013 by the academy so...

    A Quiet Place was an AMAZING film, all of the cast did great, especially Millicent Simmonds which did an outstanding job as not only a teen actress but a deaf actress. John, Emily, all of them did absolute wonderfully

    I just am glad she won this so she and John could share this moment, it made me tear up. Such talent in a couple, and sweetness, and support, and beauty, they're everything I want to be with my loved one, and more. Actual goals.

    I do not watch these shows anymore (Oscars, SAGs, Golden Globes, etc.), because they have become too political and I cannot listen to every winners political drivel anymore. But I am so glad, Emily Blunt won. She is one of my favorite actresses, ever since I saw The Young Victoria. And her speech was so refreshing.

    The Academy failed to nominate this film. The Film is original, the direction, acting and story deserved an oscar... i just didnt think of any film that deserved the nomination.... Oscar manage to snub horror movies in later years... The movie was phenomenal and famous. If theyd manage to put them in noms list. Oscar rating will be higher too...

      Well, the sequel may not be ignored or overlooked this time... its the cinematic experience of the year after the long lockdown period and "A Quiet Place 2" is PHENOMENAL! it even surpasses the original in every way and The Academy will be fool if they snub it. Its a PERFECT horror movie in every way, acting, directing, writing, plot, editing, atmosphere... SO SCARY!!

    • @MalleFup
      @MalleFup 3 года назад

      Yes because the other actresses were nominated for everything that year, and Emily Blunt was the only one of them who was NOT nominated for an Oscar or a Golden Globe that year so everyone thought that she had the least chance of winning.
