I have a question for Neal Katyal regarding whether or not this 3d indictment trial should be televised: it is my understanding that the victims of crime are allowed to attend the trial; (2) The actions of Trump and his many co-conspirators were designed ti harm our country and Constitution - and our country and our Constituon exist solely for our citizens. So our citizens are the victims of these crimes. As such, shouldn't the trial be televised so all victims can attend? The media will spin what the media will spin, televised or not, but at least give the victims themselves the right to judge for ourselves. After all, it is we, the Citizens of the United States, who will be most affected by this trial.

My faith in the people of this country has been forever eroded by witnessing the continued support of a known criminal and masterful con artist. But people like Al and Neal, et al, and institutions such as the DOJ remind me that our country's best and brightest are aggressively working to correct the greatest mistake in American politics. Someone in the Democratic Party submitted a motion to have it televised.
We The People should want it televised since, TRAITOR-45 AFTER ALL IS DOING IT FOR US🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Read the indictment document, Republican or Democrat or Independent voter. It's an easy read, goes from November to January day by day, week by week.
If you want to engage in discussion or debate you will do that far better knowing the evidence, where it came from, the testimonies, who gave those under oath to the jury.
Reading the indictment document will also keep you from appearing uninformed.

McConnell said the ex-president was "practically and morally responsible", now that currently indicted defendant is (allegedly) legally responsible too.
Mitch could have saved the taxpayers millions of dollars by allowing the impeachment to be "guilty".

I've been listening to Neal Katyal's excellent legal explanatory commentary, mostly dealing with Trump chaos for 4 or 5 years. I always feel reassured we are getting a knowledgeable and expert analysis, as much as possible, of what the heck is going on legally and any likely potential ramifications.

*Thank you Al Franken for this wonderful interview with Neil Katyal; one of my favorite intelligent and calming legal voices out there.* This case affects every person in the United States. *We want to be able to see the presentation of charges and the evidence presented; this trial needs to be on television so we the people can see Justice served with our own eyes! Truth cannot be obscured if the trial is televised.*

Granted one wish, mine would be to monitor his classes. I'm disabled & wouldn't be able to practice law, but my curiosity is infinite.
Each time Neal speaks about Criminal Defendant DJT & assures us that Justice is coming, this US Navy Veteran wants to cry joyfully. I find it unfortunate that DJT can be considered for POTUS again. for someone like him.
