if you go in the tickets, it will show on the right side of your screen the members who has access to the ticket. the one member who isn't you, your staff, or bots will be the one opening those tickets

You can add multiple buttons onto 1 ticket bot message but if thats what you mean.

tickets are only visible to ticket staff. tickets will go into their set category and have their own channel for each ticket.

How can I change the name of the channel that is created when a person clicks create ticket? For example, I want to make it called "Ticket @username"
Unfortunately ticketsbot and a couple other ticket bots cannot create channels with the users name as the channel. It will only be #ticket-01 or 0001

Go to settings and then under the /Open Command section, you should see naming scheme which has the option of #ticket-1 or #ticket-username

you click the open ticket button and ticket bot should open up a channel named something like (#ticket-#0001)
