This definitely gives me Alex Maissonette vibes with the repeating everything 100 different times in slightly different ways because the actors don't remember or weren't told their lines, and dialogue is just incoherent. (Or in the case of both Alex's films and this film, the whole thing was improv.) And the fact that everyone says things slightly differently than what is grammatically or tonally correct in a very uncanny way.
Re: the Kane and Abel thing, it's definitely a production company because that's actually not how it's spelt in the Bible. (Take this with a grain of salt; I'm an atheist but I'm pretty sure the Biblical character is spelt "Cain".) The "Kane" spelling is more of a play on words I would suppose in reference to the Biblical story. And it's common to call movie characters (especially antiheroes or villains because of the Biblical connection; TvTropes has a whole page on it) some derivative spelling of "Cain" (usually their last name); the "Kane" spelling is very common and has some very famous movie examples (Citizen Kane and Alien being two).

OK, I really smiled on the "what, the cat made a cameo or something" line. April is the voice of reason in this movie. As always I enjoyed the whole GBorBB video, but in the late episodes your cameras focusing on your microphones, not your faces, and this is sometimes disturbing a bit.

This movie was an eye test, like "Ax 'em" was a hearing test.
This definitely gives me Alex Maissonette vibes with the repeating everything 100 different times in slightly different ways because the actors don't remember or weren't told their lines, and dialogue is just incoherent. (Or in the case of both Alex's films and this film, the whole thing was improv.) And the fact that everyone says things slightly differently than what is grammatically or tonally correct in a very uncanny way.
Dishwasher comments are entirely valid. Space optimization is important.

Re: the Kane and Abel thing, it's definitely a production company because that's actually not how it's spelt in the Bible. (Take this with a grain of salt; I'm an atheist but I'm pretty sure the Biblical character is spelt "Cain".) The "Kane" spelling is more of a play on words I would suppose in reference to the Biblical story. And it's common to call movie characters (especially antiheroes or villains because of the Biblical connection; TvTropes has a whole page on it) some derivative spelling of "Cain" (usually their last name); the "Kane" spelling is very common and has some very famous movie examples (Citizen Kane and Alien being two).
Actually the power lines do move while Faye is pointing at the house.
