Your suggestion of having the led positioned facing the bottom and top may only work on PROJECTOR fog lamps with cut off shield. If used or positioned using reflector/stock fog lamps, this will blind oncoming traffic.

Ask lang sir,, if up and down ang led niya, di po buh nakaka silaw sa maka salubong mo? Kaka install ko lang kasi fog light ko sa kia ko, pero di ko pa na adjust, ayaw ko maka cause ng accident sa maka salubong ko

@@NFTAccount-e9x hindi po kasi fog lights yan super baba sa front bumber mo and naaadjust din focus nya kung mataas o mababa. Sa gulong ng mga sasakyan at kalsada lang buga nyan. And kaya po nagpprojector para hindi "sabog" na nakakasilaw
