yea, you can keep farming boulders and the temple's spike trap in pre-hardmode, use duke fishron's attacks to zoom through hardmode, use cultist's attacks against the pillars and beat the game

@@Name-qk5qr holy crap, I didn't even think about the temple's traps. There's so much I've never thought about, you could cheese pretty much any enemy with the dark caster's water bolts too, since they go through walls.

I think i saw a video with a mod where you can kinda aim all weapons like 1.4 shortswords. You also hold out your gun constantly instead of having it appear out of nowhere

This genuinely seems like a fun to play and well made mod. You could come up with a bunch of new ways to play the game to optimize beating bosses. Man, these challenge videos never get old.
Also surely you play DST with the pickup anything mod some time in the future. You can literally pick up anything (even unbreakable objects).

I'm fairly sure you can catch lasers, because they're classified as projectiles as well.
This mod is lit though. You're throwing what you've caught at a faster rate than they should be, which can make for some interesting strategies.
Of course you have to spend time firing then catching your own projectiles, catching enemy projectiles, catching enemies for their projectiles...but it's possible to do a vanilla boss rush with this mod I feel.

Esp when you fight moon lord first time, catch all his projectiles, then if you die you can fight him again with his attacks but faster. Would also be OP with the destroyer cos of the sheer amount of lasers him and his probes produce

Unfortunately, tModLoader 1.4 isn't fully out yet, and this mod was made in 1.3, so the Zenith doesn't exist yet. In regards to the Terrablade and Co. projectiles, considering he could catch Water Bolt projectiles, It's very unlikely that he would be unable to catch them (that is, if he can keep up speed with them to catch them in the first place, of course).
