There was a huge amount of support in the comments for the last episode, so we are back at it with another one.
This episode is very long....
I honestly like the longer videos. It gives me more room for story telling, but if any of you think that the shorter format is better, let me know what you think in the comments. Would love to hear any feedback on it.

Fun strat ive been using: you can get rid of 1 early slime by throwing your copper shortsword at it

@@JibrilPCSince 1.4.4 towns slimes were added to the game and you can get one by throwing a copper shortsword at it. It only works once since you can’t have more than one squire slime per world
the hardest part about this challenge is not losing friendships

I love the teams dedication to not use slime traps AND not using a hatch door as the primary entry method for their home as on blood moons door doors can get opened by mobs - real power moves
I dont know much about this game but that seems like a mechnic thats more of an inconvince it seems
@@gambucino1260If you man enemies opening doors, it's not as bad as it sounds. For one, it only happens during a specific event called a Blood Moon (though that specifically allows all enemies to open doors, other events have their own, unique enemies that can also open doors). And, if it's really a problem, just place a single dirt block on either side of the door. Now enemies can't get through.
Let me get this straight with the death statistics: Jakob has dies the most by far, Wexel has an obligation to die exactly half the amount of times that Jakob has, and lastly we have Matt, who has decided to exclusively die to himself.
Also someone did die to fall damage, I think last episode, bc they broke the cobwebs that he placed so they wouldn't fall and die. I remember that very specifically
This is my favorite Terraria series now. It actually makes me want to play it, which no other video has done

I loved it when Regret said "It's grenading time" and killed himself in a critical moment, truly one of the moments in Terraria hardcore ever.

Idk I’m a fan of the originals, suffering is a pretty good character whereas suffering #2 did build off of a substantially interesting backstory of suffering the 1st.

I think the biggest thing contributing to your channel blowing up so quickly is that you have a very distinct energy in your videos that I personally cannot get enough of. I love how everything feels scrambled and tossed together but is also such high quality at the same time if that makes sense? Not to mention the fact that you and your friends just bounce off of each other really well

This is awesome to see someone trying this challenge! My brother and I have been trying for years on expert hardcore with the rule of starting over if one of us dies. The furthest we have gotten to were the Celestial Pillars. I had died but I told my brother to continue to the Moon Lord fight but it didn't matter. Thank you for showing the community the struggles of this challenge! Also we still have not beaten the game on Hardcore but maybe one day! LOVE THE CONTENT!
I want to bring attention to it, have you looked into shimmer and its benefits?
It always spawns under the ocean, that is on the jungle side of the map, dropping items into it either upgrades them,(dropping life crystals upgrades them to increase your health regen for example)converts them,( saves time farming that could be risky, if you throw a bezoar it turns into a bandage and vice versa)de-crafts them or downgrades them, it's really complex and there's more to it than i described here, knowing about it could come in clutch.

bro, i've been doing FTW legendary hardcore on my own for the past like, month or more and this honestly seems even harder. 3 players, 3 chances to reset at any one moment, but at least it's amazing content because y'all are really entertaining and the editing is great. I wish you guys luck.

This is such a good series, instead of watching the perfect run, we get to watch most of the stuff, including deaths, a lot of deaths, leading up to it
21:03 The editing and explaining of the boss rush phase is amazingly made. The music is perfect. I love it 10/10
This series could be longer than one piece but it'll be the best one out there! Also a strat that I use is go get platinum armor or jungle armor and a crimson/corruption bow. Get ~300 jester arrows and either kill the eater or worlds or the brain of cuthulu (also grenades are decent for the brain, not so much for the worm due to it having explosion resistance) with a platform above the corresponding bioms. Then get hell armor. The Eye can be killed before or after. Also skeletron is pretty easy at that point when using minksharks and slime sattles. After that you need to spam bee-nades for the wall of flesh. That is what I do + hope it helps + love everything about your videos!
This has quickly become my favorite terraria series, I cant wait to see how it goes in the future!

in case you have a run make it post-evil boss after reading this comment (assuming this isn't already completed and a backlog of footage taking time to edit), the star cannon is a bit annoying to gather ammo for but it SHREDS anything and everything until early hardmode where it still competes with pre-mech weapons, highly recommend it for literally every fight in pre-hardmode

Just some boys having fun while doing a torturous challenge. Just the content I love.
You don’t know the pain of wraiths yet my friend, my friend group took up this challenge aswell except we all play one of the 4 main classes, as the summoner in the only one who’s been left unscathed. Note we play mobile so we have more time for attempts but the shield of dashing is practically useless. Also we’re all watching cause it reminds us of what all our friend groups wanted to do, but never could.
I’ve been tempted to start a hardcore terraria play through before, but I’ve been scared off because I hate nothing more in games than losing progress, but now I want to again
