I worked on the 48th floor of the building in Seattle, had to take two sets of elevators to get there. I was never comfortable working that high up although the views of Seattle were spectacular. That place does not feel like home. Views are awesome but it’s pretty cold.
This 20 million dollar World Class Penthouse is in the West End, the Luxury Zone of Vancouver. In the heart of the Financial District. The most opulent area in not just all of Downtown Vancouver, but in North America if not the world. It's rated world class level for obvious reasons. The things you are describing and are stigmatized about are all concentrated in the DTES. Which is a completely different story and vibe.
@@KewPie-ym2vu "A pair of strangers attacked in downtown Vancouver left one man dead and another with a severed hand on Wednesday morning" This happened literally 7 minutes walking distance from this penthouse just days ago. You need to get real and understand what Vancouver has really become.
@garichar That was on Hamilton and Georgia. It's still some distance away from Howe St. which is where this Penthouse sits. I understand that downtown is small, but those two areas have very different opposing vibes. Hamilton St. is basically where it starts to become sketchy moving eastward. But I do get your concerns. There have been numerous stranger attacks in Vancouver. Most recently the ones you mentioned. It is no secret to those who pay attention. There also was a Japanese cook who worked in Yaletown's Hapa Izakaya that was stabbed / killed by a homeless crazy guy in Gastown after work, earlier this year. Also about 2 years ago a man was stabbed to death by a crazy stranger in broad daylight at the big Starbucks on West Pender / Granville. Then there was that female Japanese international student way back in 2016 who was lured and killed by a local B.C. transient man from Nelson during a daytime stroll near Harbour Centre/ East Hastings. Also there was that news during the pandemic about a lady being stalked by a deranged stranger who was known to police downtown. So I completely get your concerns and I appreciate it 💯👍. But let's also consider the bigger picture here as well. There isn't one perfect utopia on this Earth. Every big city worldwide has its flaws - have their own baggage that rears its ugly head every now and then. Even Los Angeles with all its luxury, with its Rodeo Drive, has an even worse homeless crisis and crime problem than Vancouver. Toronto too. New York too. London England too. The list goes on. Even Surrey and Kelowna have a higher crime index than Vancouver despite having less people. Your concerns are valid. But let's also appreciate the best of what Vancouver has to offer. Regards. 🙂👍
Intro hits hard😭😭
that countertop is lovely.....
good condo presents itself, very nice place
“200 of your closest friends over for dinner” ya ok
Right? 198 of them are just trying to latch on to you.
Exactly what I’m looking for. Next time I’m Vancouver, I’ll schedule a viewing.
Schedule a trip to the infirmary too. Downtown Vancouver should be renamed "Stabbyville"
Well I'm still waiting to win the $70 mill lotto max, so I'll let you know🥳
Haha first thing I'd do if I won lotto max is buy a penthouse downtown, enjoy it for a year or 2 then sell it for twice as much haha
Beautiful Property 🤍🔑

Nice break, bro 😂😂❤
Does it come with a window cleaner? I think the glass will end up covered in hand and nose marks. That view is insane.
Nice space. Need to ditch the present digs and get some neat stuff. Definitely too, too sterile this way.
Still waiting for someone to build a hotel with a proper rooftop restaurant in YVR 😂😂
🤩
sir, what is the price of this....
$28,800,000 more information is in the link here: yvrglobal.com/featured/4801-667-howe-street-vancouver-bc-2/
@@YVRGlobalRealEstate thankyou sir
That’s way too much. Sheesh
I gotta go jiggle the handle on my toilet now.😐
Lol
It’s nice but I’m sure it way over priced. If I am able to afford this place, I still wouldn’t buy.
I think that I was in this penthouse many, many years ago; did it not once belong to Jean Claude Van Damme.
Canadian real estate is sooo over rated.
Why?
@@1868foxpoint Because the buildings are made from a mixture of fentanyl and hobo piss.
