besides the axle wrap your driveshaft angles are all wrong, you u joints should be at equal but opposite angles, your driveshaft is coming down at a fairly steep angle but your pinion is pointed straight at the drive shaft
Unless he has a Double Cardan joint by his transmission. But you’re right in the aspect that the driveshaft shouldn’t be pointed straight out the pinion. That wouldn’t allow the needle bearings to move around and spread the load. That would also cause poor u joint life.
the starting pinon angle is CRAZY! are the spring perched welded on backwards?!?!
Yup thatll bust u joints... My jeeps doing it every other day now at this point im getting new leaves
Holy axle wrap batman. Lol yea I have the same prob trac bars will fix it.
Omg that’s insane!
Ooohhhh yeah that will toast those u joints.
Its just what happens with the springs a lot. Nothing you can do about it other than a trac bar. and your pinion angle looks a little high.
More than a little. I think that's the whole problem.

Install a set of CalTraks . Take care of your problem.
And your pinion bearings all that stress. Damn at 1:13
THAT IS A OF WRAP . A GOOD SET OF TRACTION BARS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT
Worst case of axel Wrap I ever seen
