give me a reason to change my fire staff keen/vicious/flame attunement to fire staff keen/vicious/keenly empowered... don't you think constant 14% more damage is better than 15% more damage every 10 seconds?
It really depends on what you are aiming at. If your goal are single targets, then attunement is good. If you want to focus your damage on clumps and have high empower (almost all-time cap) then keenly empowered is better.
How to be a pro at New World. Understand the game is played on cloud servers and will forever be plagued by desync and input lag. Understand you've been beta testing the game for 2 years that you've paid in full for. Uninstall New World and move on. The game doesn't deserve your time.
Everyone has opinion and I definitely don't like a lot of the things in the game for a reason. However, having almost 6k hours and still having fun in it, I believe I had my value from the buy to play option :)
@@tupka4a So an unfinished game has stolen your life? That's 8 hours a day since it's been released. Can I ask what you even do? Everyone I knew was max all skills and bis pvp by 1k hours. Also many people don't know it runs on CLOUD servers. Everyday a new post about why the game runs poorly on beast machines and no one ever mentions this.

Step 1. Close eyes. Step 2. Spam AOE spells and stack dots. Step 3. Ice Tomb til your CDs come back. Step 4. Repeat
