You just earned yourself a new Sub. Not sure how I ended up here. I had a similar story with my current partner, he didn't take me seriously in the beginning and I couldn't just take it. Decided to end it, wished him well.. Few days after he was sending texts and long story short we are happy together 😊. Yes we talked about it and communication has simply changed everything..Thanks for sharing

This was such a great story. Firstly, thank you for sharing. I know it probably wasn't easy for both of you to be that vulnerable. But the story was full of so many valuable lessons. One that Josh mentioned that I completely agree with is that "arguments are an opportunity to learn about each other & grow".

Communication skills are oh sooo important! I am glad that you took the time away, and then got together and talked it out. Understanding more about each other’s cultures, and how they were brought up, and telling one’s feelings is so important.
Never push it aside. These misunderstandings do tend to fester and turn into mountains!
