fyi you never put damage on your tech board other than the initial damage it starts with. you can only add damage to your cargo spaces. once those are full, you start stacking damage on your cargo spaces.

1:03:29 The 3rd faction's event does not activate. Only 2 events can happen per game. Since the 3rd faction feels ignored by the players' diplomatic efforts, they refuse to negotiate out of spite!
