  • Here's James to tell you all about our new 9'8 Cali Log...
For more information on our wooden surfboards click here: ottersurfboards.co.uk/
This wooden surfboard was initially a commission from a customer who was looking for a specific volume combined with a classic 60's Californian longboard shape. We designed the brand new 9'8 Cali Log for cruising on long peeling summer waves and are stoked to add it to our existing wooden longboard range!
This wooden surfboard is available to buy as a custom, or you can join us on one of our guided 'make your own' courses for 5 days to experience making one for yourself.

We hope you enjoyed the video!

I am curious how you made the concave in the nose? I'm in the US and I've really been wanting to make a surfboard and my nose rider needs to be replaced soon.

All of our surfboards are hollow and built around an internal frame, the frames are laser cut specifically to each shape and include features such as concave, which means the concave exists prior to shaping. I hope that answers your question!
