This is the most amazing build I've ever seen. The attention to detail on so many levels is 👌. To have it fit in to the surrounding world, to elevate it from maxis dated style, to make it look so real aaaand that it's so playable. Amazing!!

This build would have been perfect for mixed-use (commercial and residential). Too bad EA doesn’t allow for that. The “zoning laws” need to change. Great job as usual!
Still waiting for when they bring mall into the sims 4 and I can apply to work there or open your business there. Where there’s different lot types in one building. Go to the gym then the spa after that grab something to eat maybe a lil shopping then head home 😩
I haven't tried to play it as a retail lot as it is (it might need some items to be added or changed). Sims can also own this lot when the lot type is changed to restaurant (although restaurants can be a bit buggy sometimes). Then hired employees would manage the restaurant part. And family members could be directed to tend the massage tables, yoga studio, and nail studio chairs - wellness skill level 2 (6 for nails) is required for these. By the way, sims can still tend them and earn money even if the lot is not owned. This suits my playstyle as I have the lot set to gym and I can send some of my sims to "work" in the salon and earn money there this way. Feel free to use this lot whichever way suits your playstyle the most. 😊
@@SimDay you can run the salon and the laundry by adding those custom traits. but unfortunately, I didn't find any pub or custom traits for restaurant and the gym trait. it will be good because I can set the lot as generic one but with those trait.
@@EroDhika I think these two traits could go well together with AutoEmployees mod by LittleMsSam that I sometimes use with lots like this. This mod also adds a lot trait (so we can have all three trait slots filled when we use all these together). With this trait a click on any door brings up Auto Employee menu, where it's possible to choose which service sims automatically spawn on the lot. If the "lot type" is changed from gym to restaurant, and via the mod menu barista, vendor and massage therapist are allowed, the lot works quite well. Only the gym area is a bit empty. Sims seem to use the karaoke machine quite often by themselves, so the pub always has some visitors. This all is from the visiting sims' point of view, I haven't tried to make sims run this lot as a business.

I haven't tried to play it as a retail lot as it is (it might need some items to be added or changed). Sims can also own this lot when the lot type is changed to restaurant (although restaurants can be a bit buggy sometimes). Then hired employees would manage the restaurant part. And family members could be directed to tend the massage tables, yoga studio, and nail studio chairs - wellness skill level 2 (6 for nails) is required for these. By the way, sims can still tend them and earn money even if the lot is not owned. This suits my playstyle as I have the lot set to gym and I can send some of my sims to "work" in the salon and earn money there this way. Feel free to use this lot whichever way suits your playstyle the most. 😊
I have lot traits (custom one) which meet the requirement with this lot. I think it's from Kiarasims.
