I am watching your excellent video now, as my dear mother passed away this summer, and left me an extensive collection of Hermès scarves and other accessories. I'm really looking forward to trying some of your suggested ways to wear them. My mom would have enjoyed your ideas. She was in her 70s and would have likely tied her scarves around a beautiful blouse or cashmere sweater. TFS!
Love your choice of scarfs! There are not what would normally attract me in design but oh you look so classy wearing them. I guess it's the choice of color. They just go so well together!
Love the various ways you show us how to wear a scarf, I have a 90X90 hermes scarf that I will try to wear as a top. This tutorial is super useful. Thank you!
Oh I love the ideas! Another way, from what I remember from a few years ago, that Melinmelbourne did was wear it as a dress. Using two similar colour schemes, she tied one length wise to the other and the ties sit in your shoulders like straps. Then wear a slip dress underneath and wear a belt to sinch in the waist.
Thanks for the extra tips. There's nothing like a warm silky-smooth Hermès 😍 I just don't understand why people cut the newer labels off. It makes buying newer used online sketchy. The antiques had a nice hiden tacked on label... wish Hermès still did that.
@FashionablyAMY If the scarf rings are too loose (especially if just tucking in the ends), you could use a twilly ring instead. The Mini Kelly & Cadena twilly rings work well for closure in front. The Mini Mors twilly ring would work well if you want to secure it on the neck(since it's flat).
this is super helpful!!! I want to purchase the tea time print 70 cm scarf...i was planing to put in a frame or on my neck... but now maybe i should get a 90cm to make a top!
I have a lot of Hermes scarves but I seldom wear them because I perspire a lot and I don’t want to stain them. I do love them but I don’t wear them nearly enough. When I do wear one, I have to wear it with a pretty loose knot so it’s not up around my neck. I also have one twilly and I’ve tried to wear it in my hair but it just slides off. Any suggestions for that?
Thanks for your video just subscribed. Recently bought Index Palmarum beige shawl. A bit disappointing that they are sewing large labels to their scarves. For what I understand in order to keep its original value label cannot be removed. What do you think about these new big labels ???
I really want to wear my scarves as a summer top but I'm so worried about sweating and potentially ruining them. I guess I'm just going to have to try it and be brave. It was honestly much easier to enjoy them when I dressed for work every day!
I think you could tie your hair with a black scrunchie or other hair tie and then put a black hair slide at a non visible place to hold your scarf to the tie ! Dear Amy could you show a bandana ? I saw this on Tamara I think for an insta post and therefore got my first Hermes square scarf 🤣 now I can’t figure it out !
i'd never cut the label off of a hermes scarf. the grow in value over time, if you ever wanted to sell them as vintage items you never could without the label and the box/tag

Heartfelt condolences.. from experience wearing the beautifully collected items can feel like a part of her is still here

I just recieved a silk Chanel scarf. I LOVE your colorful animal Hermes. Thank you for this!
Thanks, Amy! Love all the ways you showed us! I believe you just got a 140x140 scarf recently? I'd love to see a similar video for that size.
This is so helpful--thank you! Just got one of the double-sided 90 cm scarves and you're right, the silk is very beautiful and substantial.
Thank you firva nice tutorial video on the ways to use Hermes scarf. I am thinking of getting a scarf ring.
The scarf ring is nice touch!!
Very helpful and fruitful tutorial ❤
Love the various ways you show us how to wear a scarf, I have a 90X90 hermes scarf that I will try to wear as a top. This tutorial is super useful. Thank you!
You are so welcome!

You look stunning as usual ❤️
Absolutely loved this video, especially seeing the Masan & Masan scarf, I was considering getting that one and this video just sealed the deal!
Excellent suggestions and ingenious ways to get more use out of the scarves!!!
Thanks so much! They are so great!!
Thanks so much for sharing these ideas. Favourite ways are the tops which I will style with a cardigan as I’m not brave enough to go backless. 💕💕
It would look lovely with a cardigan over top! ❤️
Who needs blouses and skirts when you have 90x90 cm scarves? Xx
😂😂😂😂

I vaguely remember seeing it too! These scarves are just so much fun!

Lovely video. What were the designs of the scarfs you used? Loved the one with the orange and brown accent!
The dress was very creative 😘
Great scarf ideas. I have quite a few Hermès scarves and I’m never sure how to wear them besides the same way wrapped around my neck.
You have a beautiful collection
Super helpful, thank you for creating this guide!

Too many useful ways thank you so much 😊

Yes the twilly rings are definitely a good idea for the ends, I'll have to try them next time ❤️
Super creativity
Love the video. The first style is my favourite. The look is so chic and the last one which tube top is so trendy.

I dont buy their twillies but if i did i would only use on my bag handles
Thanks for your video just subscribed. Recently bought Index Palmarum beige shawl. A bit disappointing that they are sewing large labels to their scarves. For what I understand in order to keep its original value label cannot be removed. What do you think about these new big labels ???
I remove mine but do keep it in case I need it in the future.
The best
I really want to wear my scarves as a summer top but I'm so worried about sweating and potentially ruining them. I guess I'm just going to have to try it and be brave. It was honestly much easier to enjoy them when I dressed for work every day!
Go for it!
Love this! Just bought a scarf 90 recently 😍
Oooooooh!!! Which print?!
The third image from the official Hermes scarf product here shows how :) www.hermes.com/ca/en/product/lift-profile-scarf-90-H003777Sv41/
@@FashionablyAMY woooow Amy thanks !!!
I can tell that the scarves are thicker while you are handling them xx
How do you care for your silk scarves? Do you just give them to the dry cleaner or do you have a specific routine?
Usually spot clean and probably dry clean after a while
@@FashionablyAMY thanks a lot
Good
Quick question, when you get the silk scarf brand new from the boutique, do you have to iron it to get rid of the holding creases?
I don't iron, I just use as is and a bit of steaming here and there helps get rid of creases
Thank you for this! Is it safe to steam out the wrinkles for silky material?
Yes I use my steamer for all my silk items!
Lovely
i'd never cut the label off of a hermes scarf. the grow in value over time, if you ever wanted to sell them as vintage items you never could without the label and the box/tag
Silk Scarf mask please 🥰❤️
😂😂
what is the name of the zebra print scarf?
Are you referring to the Masan & Masan print?
