It really helps when Solar ends the video with encouragement and remarks such as “you will do it tomorrow, right?” , Those remarks really motivate me to workout day after day. I would personally love a solarfit workout for those of us still recovering from a foot/ankle injury. I love her workout videos anyway and she doesn't have to do it I'm just curious if there are any low impact workouts that she likes.
@@HaydiAlkhodr Two months. And then I managed to lose other 4 kg, but this time it took me 6 months. I used to have quite a sedentary lifestyle, so doing a bunch of exercises helped me a lot. I also started going for a walk more often. Besides, I maintain a healthy balanced diet (no extreme dieting!). As we're all very different, the amount of time might vary. You should be patient and never go to extremes because it will only damage your health💖

Day 2- omg my legs are so sore, i couldn't do all the jump jump exercises, but pulled through somehow! Woohoo
Day 3- an hour late to scheduled bedtime, but im happy that i still showed up. Legs are still sore, but i feel so alive!! Thankyou solar💖💖
