    Loved your video! A lot of good info. Your absolutely correct about sizing down. I’m a size 9.5 and the 8 fits perfect on my feet. I L♥️VE UGGs!

    I got the 10, but at the same time, 10 I like the size of in regular.
    I haven’t even thought about size difference. But I usually wear a size 10 in closed toe shoes that don’t have a 9.5.
    I’m usually a 9 in heels, 9.5 usually regular but if they don’t work, I’ll resell & get a diff size!

    love this, i had no idea you could fold uggs or that it's ideal to not wear socks!

      I never knew about the barefoot thing either for a long time, now they are so much more comfy 😊

    Are these comfortable for someone who has arch problem? I love these but does the flatness of the boot put pressure on the heel?

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  Месяц назад

      I don’t find they put pressure on the heel at all. You could always order them and just wear them a little at home to see though.

    Hi! I found this video very helpful and insightful, thank you!
    I’d add a question if possible, do you feel that the new mini platform is heavy bc of the platform size? Or it feels light? Thanks in advance!

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  2 года назад +3

      No it doesn’t feel heavy, still very light.

    Ugg originated in Australia in the 60's, then hada come back in teh 80's and was worn by surfers when coming up of the water, and it's not a winter boot. There's little to no snow in Australia. The crappy EVA sole doesn't have grip nor the durability for ice, nor rocky surfaces, like icy roads etc... I live in Norway, and sheepskin boots, unless with a grippy durable rubber outsole, it won't work. Warm, yes. The whole point with fleece, is that it naturally keep your feet dry and wick up any moisture if barefooted. If socks, you need to wear wool, or it defeats the purpose. Also Ugg is not a brand, but a type style of boot. I personally only buy and wear Aussie owned, and made Ugg Australia boots. And not the American owned by Deckers made in China. Also sheep has fleece/wool, not fur....

      You should be fine with a size 6

    I have the shorter platforms and they are A BITCH to get on! Idk why but they are soo tight and I had to size down to a 5 even though im usually a size 6 cause they were too big. I also have very slender feet and skinny ankles so idk maybe im just putting them on wrong but just a warning for people haha

    I’m looking at the ugg men classic weather boot. The only size they have left is a 10.5. my size is a 10.5-11 and I have super narrow feet, you think the 10.5 will be fine? I’ve never owned an ugg shoe before. Please respond back quick! Thank you

      In general uggs run true to size or oversized. So sizing down most times is ok. However depending on the material or shape of the boot getting true to size or sizing up is the better option. An example of this, if there is a lot of detail on the boot you might want to stay true to size or size up. If the boot looks bulky then size down. If it’s the standard boot look, then staying true to size or sizing down should be fine. I hope that was easy to understand 😂

    Does anyone know if the ones with the bows do get larger by time ? I’m very skinny and the classic ones tend to widen by time so I’m not sure if I can dare to buy one with the bows even if they look so cute

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  2 года назад

      I haven’t owned those ones but I feel they might widen. I remember I had the ones with the buttons once and they did.

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  2 года назад

      If you already have a size 8 and they’re comfy for you stick with that size I would say if you wear socks with them

    I wear a size 6 normally (in other shoes), I do want to wear socks with them, what size do you think I should get?

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  Год назад +1

      I think if you plan to wear socks-get your true size 6. I feel if you only will wear bare feet in them you can go down 1 size.

    I just got the Ugg dipper boots-the longer ones from last season. Absolutely hate them. I wore them for over 8hrs…For whatever reason, the platform boots are STIFF..I mean no give whatsoever. I am an avid Ugg wearer and my Uggs last for years because I take care of them. The platforms feel like walking on cardboard while barefoot. While wearing socks it’s feels even more stiff and I typically don’t wear socks with any Ugg styles with no problem. I didn’t roll my ankle BUT because the platforms have no give in the footbed they make your ankles extremely tired. My ankles feel like I sprained them.
    People don’t understand when you’re wearing a platform (like docs) you have to have a flexible sole that can mold to your foot or it will be very uncomfortable and your foot will fatigue regardless of your foot type. Oh and recurring problem is ALL the platform styles, FLOP of your foot or your heel lifts up making it even more dangerous to walk in. I’m so sad b/c I love the platform style & I’m unable to return them.

    Hey I’m usually a size 8 wanting to get ultra mini platforms although they only have size 7 left do you think size 7 will be fine? I’ve never fit into a size 7 before although I keep hearing to size down in Uggs so I don’t know what to do!!

    • @JaniceEadie
      @JaniceEadie  Год назад

      7 is ok if you wear bare feet in them, if you usually wear thicker socks stick with your regular size although they might be slightly big

      I had to size down in the Ultra Mini Ugg and I usually just wear a 7 but 6 didn't slip.
