Making kits of the products you use to make your craft projects is a fantastic idea. It would make it so much easier to do the project when you’re just learning. You can definitely count me in on purchasing the kits. 👍
wonderful oh i been watchin you all day...its so nice to watch someone else work sometimes..lol..thank you for the time..and all the projects and ideas..lol..i just love all you do take care
Your crafting techniques are impressive. I find you in my thoughts whenever I'm thinking about making an item. I always wonder: What would Carol do?" The next thought is: I wish I were Carol. ❤️ But I do apply my rhinestones sideways on my tins, too. It's a lovely look and gives it more dimension. I love your stash.
If I didn't commend earlier, I am now. These are so pretty. I absolutely love them. It would also put a tiny bit of Trippel Thick and diamond dust on the butterfly Why are you throwing any leftovers away? Ceartinly you can find somewhere small to use them. I keep a paper scrap box. Some crafters actually use these small scraps to make paper cologes for tags. Not to be picking at you, but when you are talking about people, you say who not that. People are not objects
Beautiful....Just letting you know that we can see better from the table rather than when you put the project up close to the camera. It just becomes blurry like that. Thanks for the beautiful tutorials.
Lovely projects! I just bought a quart of school glue at dollar tree for a buck. Take 8 ounces of the glue and mix in 1/3 cup of water. And there you have homemade. Mod podge. A lot cheaper
Your pill boxes are absolutely gorgeous. You mentioned you printed out the image that you glued onto the top. Where do you find your images and do you print them on regular copy paper, wondering what you use in your printer.
I havent rried the sparkle mod podge but I do know that, of all of the products I've used, nothing has compared to Diamond Dust or German Glass Glitter. I use the clear but it comes in colors too. I need to try some of the other colors
Special K I will definitely be doing one on the compact with the chunky glitter but if you would like to see the process, I did a tutorial called “Altered Owl Mini Tin”. The process is the same for both. Please let me know if you have any questions after you watch that video. Thanks so much for asking about this!
Pill boxes are Simply georgeous! Carol you are awesome crafter. I wouldn’t have thought of sanding the can. You explain your tutorials so good. What type of paper do you print on and did you use a regular printer? Do Beebeecraft.com use PayPal? Thank you
They are the Workpro brand. They came in a set with wire straighteners, players round nose players, nippers and a couple of other items. I love the set!
Thanks and both are very lovely. Can you tell me where you got that lovely pink rose that you put on the box that was already finished? It has an enamel look to it. I see them on everyone's projects but I can't find them. Thanks!!!
Most of the bling on these tins was sent to me in Happy Mail honestly. Usually though, I buy it from a small local shop near my home in the form of jewelry, hair clips, brooches, and things like that. Then I take them apart.
Ann Smyth when you go into the item you are looking for like the tins, select at the top “free shipping”. Only the US warehouse offers free shipping. That’s how you know it’s from the US warehouse. I hope this helps.
If you go to the section you are interested in shopping in (I.e., glass beads), then click on free shipping, only the US warehouse items will show up. Otherwise you will be shown everything from both warehouses
Beautiful pill boxes; kits are a wonderful idea; your information is wonderful, Thank you.

I may have to look into that Diamond Dust. Have you ever used Sparkle Mod Podge? I like the effect it has without having to sprinkle glitter!

Can you do a tutorial of how you use the chunky glitter on the compact mirror? Thanks!

What brand of nippers are you using to cut the jewelry apart? Mine don’t cut that well. Thanks for sharing your techniques.
