The most expensive batch of the year

Today, my aunt gave me a call, she was ready to harvest the biggest trees of her gardens on Da Ping Zhang. I headed to Mai Sao Kan garden to meet her. Two pickers climbed tall tea trees and harvested them over the afternoon. We got 12kg of fine material, it's now time to cook them.
