typically they DONT put the female to breed, they just ignore the fact the female is in heat so they dont get it spayed or confine it. irresponsible owners. I had open females for decades but NEVER did i have any unwanted litters bc i confined my dogs.
Thanks to the deputies and people who called it in. Whoever did that should be locked up. I do have doubts that her Irish Wolfhound is 235 lbs. I think the reporter probably made a mistake. They max out at around 180. Still a huge and beautiful dog.
