Beyond that, she has perhaps the greatest, most fun, most entertaining live show that a true fan of live music could ever wish to see or hear. Part of that great Tina Turner show are her dancers. They are impeccable. They are the best in the business. For years I've been fascinated with one in particular; the girl with the short black hair. Until today, I never knew her name and now I do; Clare Turton. I think Clare Turton is the greatest female dancer I've ever seen. Her beauty and sex appeal radiates off the stage and aside from Tina, she's probably the person on the stage the fans pay attention to the most. She is an absolute joy to watch move. She is amazingly expressive and her beaming face and smile, light up the stage; her movement gives Tina's songs so much story and grace as to be singularly significant to the show's total success. In a word, she is as awesome at dancing and moving as Tina Turner is at singing. They are, in a a phrase, "simply the best." Thanks for all the absolute enjoyment that Tina's voice has brought to her fans ears and the delight that Clare has brought to their eyes.
Well said, Brian. I have seen her twice in concert in mi lifetime and both times were incredible. I remember her, GET THIS, opening for Lionel Richie at Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton, Alberta. I was 6 years old that summer when Tina Turner was opening some shows for Lionel Richie. She had just completed Private Dancer in studio and was promoting it that year and next. Wow... I enjoyed the Lionel Richie Show but I was blown away by Tina. To this day, I have never watched another entertainer put so much into their performance. It was simply awesome.

Clare brings a wonderful presence to Taylor's live performances but she is primarily a dancer. A great, sexy one at that. Go watch her in Tina Turner's "Live from Holland" DVD and you will fall in love with her.
