I picked up the Auxito M3 model and installed them this week in my XB. I'm very happy with them. I chose the M3 model based on another RUclipsr's video where he reviewed all Auxito headlight LED models, he ranked the M3 second best based on running temp, brightness, light pattern spread, and glare. I paid $32 during Amazon spring sale. Thanks for turning us on to these.
Dude u bought the right reputable brand. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 thank god u did. Those Auxito - Q16. Which that’s the name of the led bulb, are the high power version. They are on the warm side that’s why I prefer the M3. Which is on the cooler side of how it lights up. But those are the brightest ones they offer. So cudo’s to u man. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 now u will feel much safer driving those led lights ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Love the Rumion tails! I tried out LEDs in my low and high beams and didn't like the output so I stuck with HID lows and halogen highs. I have LEDs in my fog lights, but they've been melting the housings. Maybe I'll give LEDs another chance after watching!
Thanks! Every time I see em I can’t believe they’re a junkyard find! And damn sorry to hear that about whatever LEDs you tried, I was blown away by mine, (but that was also going from stock halogen), never tried HIDs. That’s crazy about your fogs though! Be careful with that! And yea should you wanna try Auxito, they reached out since I posted this and now I have a coupon code (you save 15% and I would receive a small commission, to be completely open)
U won’t be very disappointed. If u want to switch to led’a for ur low and high beams. For auxito, I recommend Auxito Y13 H11 for best protection beam pattern. For high beams, I would go for Auxito - M3. Or if u want something that gives a serious punch. Get the Auxito Q16.
Or better yet, get the Y19 for 9005. Both Y13 and Y19 have adjustable collar. The all in one unit, those M3 and Q16 doesn’t. And it’s gonna give ur headlight high beam reflectors an off angle. Just a heads up.
I’m running on lasfit LD Plus switchback, which is 6000k pure white and 3000k golden yellow on my h11 low beam for my 2015 lifted Scion xB. And I bought the affordable version that I just want brighter and more usable light. I had an SNGL 9005 fog light and I put on my high beams for look. They are 10 watts. Which is 800 lumens so it’s not ultra bright. But it’s bright enough to nearly blind people 🤣🤣🤣 So i went with formula J87 9005 50watt 3000k yellow. And I also just bought the 9005 auxito M3 all in one led, and lasfit LA plus h11, T10, DE3175 dome lights and license plate lights. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I can’t wait!!!
@@DaBadNewz oh dude it is fantastic. U get the best of both worlds for night time driving experience. And for weather conditions and for nice look. For H11, it’s $100 a pair
@DaBadNewz Hey since u got Auxito 9005 Q16 led bulbs, how’s the installation? Meaning is ur 9005 led bulb installed, with led chips facing 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock position? Is it on angle position like 10-4 o’clock and the other is around 2-8 o’clock position? Because I just got a 9005 led bulb from Lasfit - LAair series. The brightness is incredible. But I hate how it angles and it’s not lined up correctly. I mean it shouldn’t matter if it’s close enough and it’s a high beams, and we use only when we can’t see enough with just led low beams. But to my honest opinion, it’s really matter. Because with 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock position, u want the beam pattern to be a lot more focus to shoot the beam of led lights much farther.
I honestly didn’t even check how the actual chips were oriented in the housing! I just installed them and decided I would fix then if something seemed off, but so far they seem to be shooting in pretty decent directions
@@DaBadNewz same here. When I see the high beam patterns, it was very well of how it looks. But I hated how it angles off. In the video when u installed the high beam 9005 bulbs, I was right of how u mount then and twist then to locked in place. And it looks angle too. I just wish there should be something to remove the tabs that holds the bulbs, and see if we can reposition them. But it has a little single dot on it. And it will not work so. Best options is get an led 9005 bulb for our vehicles, with either 360 degree adjustable, or get a led bulb with a collar adjustable that came with a small L wrench.
Crazy yours are bright.. I ordered these same ones. They're dim.. so I got some kids also dim.. so I wondered my problem isn't the lights it's something else have any ideas?
Yea that's weird they were dim, but I would definitely be looking at the wiring or something if another set was also dim. That's super weird though because LEDs use a lot less power. The only thing besides wiring that comes to mind is maybe the angle of the actual LEDs, but I think if it was just an angle thing you would know because it would still be pretty bright. The stock halogens worked fine though?
@DaBadNewz I figured it out.. the lights are bright out of the socket if put them back on they are dim.. it's the headlight housing that night have gotten some condensation in there.. the stock halogens were super dim. Hence the reason why I got the leds and now rocking hid.. thanks for your help man
So culprit was in fact the low beams. They were blacked out inside. I decided to pry it open. I took driver side out and cracked the reflector inhalf.. now my adjuster doesn't adjust. The passenger came out fine just cracked the plastic lol.. now, time for some new headlights. Do you have any good spot besides the junkyard, I'm in Miami and the junkyard does not have xb or they do but the headlights are beat..
@@Hogib35 glad you got it figured out! But sucks about the headlights. And nah tbh for stuff like that if the junkyard doesn’t have it, I would start shopping around on like Amazon and Rock Auto or something (I don’t really have “a spot” for that kinda stuff you know?)
Still running the same high beams and fog lights, but Auxito sent me a new set of low beams to review, so I’m still running that set. Overall, still very happy with the results and still running all the original bulbs (haven’t had to replace anything). I would look at other Auxito lights if I needed some in the future.
@@DaBadNewz Nice! I'm looking at LED headlights and fog lights for my 2013 xB and 2007 tC. Where can I find that fog light assembly for the xB you have?
@superluigi3279 they were actually a factory option, so if you just look up “oem scion xb fog lights,” you should find em. I literally found mine at the junkyard (have an install video about it)
Idk if it’s just me but I feel like these lights aren’t very bright. I always have to turn on the high beams to see in the dark which I never had to do with the stock halogens. Even in busier streets that are lit up pretty well I always need the extra light from the high beams and I’m not trying to be that person that always got they high beams on 😂 edit: I’ve had these for about 3 1/2 months as of this comment and I aligned them and everything. They just don’t really seem to light up as well as the OGs
Wow really? Are you using the same model? (Q16)? For me there was no question at all, it was a night and day difference in both color and brightness, and I liked the Auxitos a lot more. And even with them aimed right? Damn that sucks, I wonder if you just got a defective set or something. Sorry about your experience, but thanks for sharing!
