It definitely has been a minute since I’ve done a wooden tapping, wooden sounds etc… and here we are for your dreamy hair treatment! Me too! After some difficult times, I suffered insomnia and anxiety...still do but it's hard to not overthink and getting obsessed by some thoughts...it really helps calm down and fall asleep.

I’d just commented on another post about how it still doesn’t fully resonate that I’ve helped someone as described often.. but it also helps me feel apart of something bigger hence calling all of you my family. You’re wonderful and I’m here if you ever need to talk.

you’re absolutely right about the thing you said about sitting with your feelings as a way to deal with bigger emotions. when you
don’t feel good, try to sit with how you feel instead of turning to whatever it is you use to escape the pain (self harm, drugs etc) and your brain learns that you don’t need to do that self
destructive behaviour to feel better, you know the emotion will pass. my psychologist told me that.
There is literally nobody that can deliver the kind of tingles for me that you can Karuna. You’re amazing

Your videos help with my insomnia ever since my mom passed away. It’s the only way I get to sleep they keep my mind distracted from overthinking. Please consider doing a medical asmr video like a cranial nerve examination in the whisper tone! I rewatch the old ones so much.
