Hi Mate The Ram Cleaning Process Is The Wrong Reason For Example As An Example You Are Loading The Modeling Of A Place But That Program Deletes It And As It Repeats Like This the Ram Fills Up It was Tried And I Got A Lower FPS you need to have at least 16 gb of RAM
I have a i5 11400H + RTX 3050 and 8GB Ram I don't why I'm getting 1-30 FPS from a week, while earlier it was around 100. Drop any suggestions if you guys can help.

But unfortunately after downloading Grand RP, there is a small square around the ground only where the texture and shadow renders correctly. I have tried removing it but it doesn't vanishes. It is also in the normal GTA 5 or online which bothers me the most as I want to experience the best graphics! Is there any solution to this problem?
Got next spec and get at max 100fps dunno why so low, Ryzen 5 5500, 32gb rama 3200Mhz, Rtx 3050. My Gpu and Cpu only work to about 50% dunno how to get it up more than 50% for more fps
Life hack- If u have to go out of home in real life but still want to earn money in rp, get a job as food seller on the streets and park your truck in front of hospital and thats how u can be afk and earn money. (serbian server - id:42910)

Download game in ssd not hard drive and also install window in ssd nit hard drive i also face this problem but now i get 30-60 fps

Try to use DDU and after try to install fresh drivers for your GPU. Look for a guide on RUclips :)

Dropping in game settings by a little will help boost the fps a lot maybe.
