cs armor does NOT equal to valorant. Valorant is basically extra health, but in CS, it actually prevent you from aim punch which is why you almost always prioritize armor with shittier guns instead of like no armor with a VANDAL(ak)
And in CS kevlar always gives the same amount of damage reduction, kevlar + helmet only adds headshot damage reduction. Light shields to just vest is not a good comparison, also if you're CT a lot of the time you don't want to have a helmet because AK one shot headshots anyway, so you don't really need the "heavy shields" equivalent of kevlar + helmet. This video is misleading in a few ways

The glock is more akin to the classic. The P2000 is practically the same as the USPS just with more ammo and no silencer. CT side has the default gun advantage (starting with ghost level pistols over the T side classic)
The reason a majority of the playerbase opts to use the USPS is because it simply looks and sounds cooler, when the p2000 is arguably probably better for newer players due to the higher ammo capacity

You can buy a case and when you go to unlock it, the green button says unlock for 2.49 you click it you can buy a key for the 2.49 instead of whatever other people are selling it for on steam. Then when you go back the green button now says unlock container or something like that
you can get cases in the market or from weekly drops. you can get a key for whatever case you have by clicking the green buy button, evey key in the game is the same price. if you see a key on the market, dont even bother buying it. its an old key, it does the same but you can trade them and they're overpriced

Inferno is harder to learn than Mirage and Dust 2 but becomes easier once you know what you're doing. Mirage is just all aim no brain and is the best map to start on for noobs. The hardest map by far is Nuke, it has the highest skill ceiling and most people don't know how to play it, you need very tight communication and rotations.
Amazing video, though a somewhat missed opportunity with strafing between the two! CS you definitely need to tap the opposite movement key to stop your momentum and have accuracy.

Valorant was designed to be the more casual and easier alternative to cs. Valorant literally has red outlines around your enemies in case you’re too dumb to tell who your opponents are lol.

In low level games in CS accidental team damage still happens despite having different agents on each team because they don’t even know where their teammates are. Mine experience so far is the opposite. In CS I just miss 1 bullet, 1. 2nd shot didn't even miss, dead on the head but because it's a worse weapon I didn't manage to kill them and the team vote kick me because of 1 got damn bullet. Been playing Valorant for nearly a year now but so far, I've never encountered this level of toxicity.

reason is because keys bought after like 2019 were not tradable and sellable so the ones on the steam market are kinda rare collector items.

the helmets specifically reduces aim punch, kevlar reduces weapon damage. u still get hella aim punch if u just buy kevlar

Difference in Spawn systems, valorant has setup time for defenders to get on site first, CS does not, therefore spawn positions are important
Difference in strafing while using util, moving sideways while throwing out util completely misses the mark in CS compared to valorant
Difference in Ranking system and how Premier works
Difference in casual mode, and how Cs doesn’t have a casual mode.
Difference in Util retention, when you die in valorant you keep your util, in CS you lose everything when you die and you drop your most expensive one and can be picked up.
Difference in information given during game, CS doesn’t tell you the damage dealt until the end of the round, valorant tells you as soon as you die.
