Bravo, lovely video !! @18:48 I burst of laughing, a gardener's regret, not bringing a pruner with her ! I constantly need to remind myself just to enjoy the moment, don't look at the weeds and faded flowers, LOL!
Thank you for sharing all of your experience! the airport would intimidate me! I hope to be able to do this tour someday, and as a fellow vegetarian i always worry about being a nuisance of going hungry >.
Pink one is Jaques Cartier, red on is eugene furst, oranges & yellows are David Austin varieties that we can look up…i’ve ordered frou Karl druschki, aka American beauty, snow queen
What a fun tour to be able to go on! And thank you for sharing the price. That seems a lot more reasonable than I would have expected. I probably missed it but about how many of you were in the tour group? And did pretty much everyone come with a spouse/friend/family member, or were there any “single” travelers?
Amazing! You just took me there with your description, start to finish. I could just visualize everything through your words! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful garden tour with us. This is really very precious!❤️🌹
It is all soooo beautiful 🤩. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Travel can be aggravating and tiresome but hopefully worth it. I know the roses are not named but any idea since you grow so many Austins?
What you’re calling mock orange is ..”Philadelphus “.. highly fragrant gardenia type of white flowered shrub..i had it at my London house.. ( attracts black bugs in their thousands because of the enchanting fragrance)
@@TheRoseGeek I had a 7-8 foot shrub covered in those white big jasmine type of flowers.. ex- husband cut it up .. binned it.. i didn’t like the bugs.. that’s treatable..i never recovered from it.. even after 23 yrs. i’ll get one soon .. 1 for you .. 1 for me..( i had my neighbour showing me red mandevilla.. she was gone totally gaga over it.. where can i get 1 from..?..she said..that’s available everywhere from march )
@@TheRoseGeekI worked for a garden centre for 23 yrs. & got more in to flowers since then but roses were a childhood craze that gets worse by the minute
If the roses are ignored .. they grow like these orange ones & the rest of them.. we fuss too much over them..& they hardly get off the ground.. i see them growing with tall grass & not looked after .. not fed .. they’re always far better then mine
👨🌾🌼🐝☀️🌻🍅🫑🍓🥒🐇🥕I love your garden!! It’s an inspiration to me as I am also a gardener and RUclips creator. l’m just harvesting my first fruits and veggies so exciting! I wish you a happy growing season. I still have so much to learn and I appreciate your tips, tricks! Please Keep sharing! I would love to learn more about gardening from each other.

You are right! If we baby them too much, they don't like that.
