    Options b.
    Inject 0.7 v @ 1 amp on any inductor.
If voltage drops and amp raise. The you found the shorted rail.
If all are OK. The inject 0.9v at @1.5.amp on current sense resitor
If voltage drops and amps raise then u know the short is on 19v rail to.
Then go t Bq chip. Check 6v @ regn pin
    2.4v @acdet
    2.4-2.7 @acok.
The check. 1st and second mosfet gate voltage should be 6v greater than charging voltage .
If no 6v at regen pin then 1st and 2nd fet won't allow 19v to pass to current sensor

    keep going
you will earn money ASAP Hope so !
    I have some question.

Steps to check with out long story's.
    1. Multimeter on
    ^ beep mode^.
    2. Black prob on ground. Then
    Option [A]
Place red probe on all solder joints marked ^JPF^. if it beeps and ohms close to 0. Then de Solder there. TEST each side of the ^JPF^ joint see wich side beeps or had low ohms.
Follow the pad and see what the rail powers. Jpf split Pad away of coil is towards the Rail.. Towards coil is the vrm.
Inject 0.7 v .. -> use thermal camera, Rosin flux atomizer, ,spray ipa., check close what gets hot. Replace. Part if possible.
    Or remove the cap.
NEVER USE DC BENCH ON 19V RAIL..
DO NOT INJECT IF YOU HAVE NOT DISCONNECTED THE ^JPF^ POINTS AFTER THE COILS.
IF High side fet short on any power rail section u will destroy the board.
Inject 0.7v on 19v rail is safe.

Do you always switch bench power supply to 19v, even if we test 3.3voltage and so on?
