    Here's where the fun begins!
Yeah, it's rough jumping around a bit but the chronological order seems to make it a better story progress for reactors. Less specific minutea you need to remember sometimes from season to season when you're also watching a bunch of other things on the regular.
Everyone else has already covered the growth of the show over time, but I'll just add to that and say this: George Lucas guiding Dave Filoni really shows as it goes on.
One thing I will say is that the animation quality improves drastically from season to season, so you won't have to worry about getting used to it for long. They build on everything they learned before and get to keep everything they've done. Lucas especially put in a ton of his own money to enable them to do things that normal shows wouldn't be able to do.

Alright Rico! Love to see the Start Wars reactions back in action!
Now this series is an Anthology style series... Meaning its not told in chronological order.
Good news is that a quick google search of "Clone Wars in chronological order" will get you an entire list of how to properly watch this series from Beginning to end.
Now as for the Childish nature of this show, its mainly with the Battle Droids. It seems theyre made with an inferior intelligence... Leading to some less-than-intelligent-yet-hilarious dialogue.
And this show gets better and better as the seasons go along, and I would seriously consider bringing Monica onto the reactions!
Anyways, cheers mate! Love the reactions!
    Also bonus lil cookie:
On the intercom in Ep. 2, the clone says, " this is pod 1977..."
This is a reference to the year the Original Star Wars (A New Hope) came out

The show starts off more as a kids show since it aired on Cartoon Network, especially in Seasons 1 and 2, but it gets very mature and grows up with its audience to where the later Seasons get darker, more serious, and just better overall. It has some of the best Star Wars content out there period

Ayyy so glad you've started this! I have sadly missed the Jedi Survivor livestreams as I haven't played it yet. Love this channel and the community that supports it. Here's to a long and beautiful journey that is Clone Wars! The show is definitely kid friendly but tied in with that are dark undertones meant for adult viewers, without a doubt it gets darker and darker as it goes along.

Mate if you like Star Wars, keep watching no matter how childish you think it might be at first, trust me Clone Wars can get dark and serious where it needs to, especially around season 3 onwards. Later seasons will justify the decision to keep watching. As a kid, Clone Wars was a highlight of Saturday morning cartoons and it is a must see, at least once, for anyone claiming to be into Star Wars. Also keep note of clone trooper names, they're important, as this show really establishes their individuality as characters instead of just a cool army of soldiers. Also yeah search up the chronological order and watch the clone wars movie to know about Ahsoka's introduction.

It’s kinda crazy to think that all the clones are voiced by the same guy with how much personality he gives most if not all of them also in case your wondering the reason the clones call the droids “clankers” is because of the clanking sound they make when marching

Like others have said, it is more geared towards kids, especially early on but later gets much more serious. The final season has some of the best Star Wars content created, imo. Glad to see you're giving it a go!

  • @hanziggy6862
    @hanziggy6862 Год назад +1

I gotta admit, it is pretty weird seeing an episode with Ahsoka in it before Ahsoka actually gets formally introduced, LOL! I mean, it was also a bit weird when the animated movie was first released way back in the day as the very first episode of this series when it technically, is episode 4 or 5 chronologically. But, at least Ahsoka was formally introduced before any other episode with her were shown. I do not know if I can give an exact age range for this show. But, some episodes are indeed very kid-friendly and dare I say, even a bit immature at times. But, there are also many, many episodes that get very dark in tone and handle some very mature themes, especially in later seasons.Just hang in there and you will have the ride of your life. I will say, however, that the show probably does not become super-engrossing and start getting pretty dark until the middle of the second season. Until then, the episodes are still pretty fun and entertaining, but not too dark yet. Once it gets to longer story arcs and part 1 & part 2 and even a part 3, then the show gets very interesting. Best thing I'd say about this series is how it takes such a very deep-dive into all the Star Wars lore that the movies only deal with on a very superficial level. This show does a lot of character development too and shows how Anakin's fall to the dark side was not just a sudden quick change in Revenge of the Sith due to some nightmares he got about his wife, Padme. But, his fall to the dark side started ever so gradually long before that. Small chips in his persona started showing along the way to the point that when his turn to the dark side finally happens, it is even more tragic to see but also ironically, pretty understandable too.

Season 1 is a primer to ease people of all ages into the universe. After the introduction of Ahsoka things start to change. She becomes the link to the audience and as she grows the series grows with the viewer. While you will see new and old character expanded the series really revolves around Ahsoka. She starts as a immature nieve petulant youngling as all kids do. By the end you will be surprized by how deep and mature the series evolves. As for yoda in episode 1 go back and watch The Empire Strikes back. His teaching, wisdom and playfullness is very similar to when Luke first meets him.
