Wish I had a Nana! Cute kitchen! I loved it when she grabbed a coffee cup to scoop out the soup. Blessed be Nana Nora. May the wee folk watch over you!
Bless..my nan was from Dublin and she would make us this regular..sadly she’s not with us anymore and I never got to ask for her recipe so thanks for uploading this..nans truly are the best 👌🏻☘️
Fair play Nana on your Coddle, greetings from Dublin. Looks great but I’d have thrown a pack of kearns or Granby sausages in. I hope whoever you dished up most of your Coddle to is paying their way. Get a bit of batch or turnover with KerryGold and happy out. All the best hope your keeping well through this the coddle will help anyway 👍🏻
That lady knows how to make a coddle, none of your fancy herbs, garlic or carrots. These other so called chefs haven't a clue. Best of luck to you Mrs.
I’ve watched 30 seconds of this heard how she spoke and already knew she was gonna do a Ramsay she reminds me of me own nanny who also used to boss Irish dinner thanks for the recipe👑🍀
Ive watched a good few videos and this is the best video for coddle so far ive seen... Others frying and browing the meat basicly making a brown stew and calling it coddle its crazy....
Ahh jaysus give her a break I thought she was very informative, just bring it to a boil and let it simmer for as long as you need, you can tell by eye usually
Bubblin' in Dublin! Thanks Nora.
Nans recipe can live on for generations, well done

That's a THICK accent!
That stew is so meaty you could feed an army with that. Irish meals are so hearty and filling.
Legend :)
Did she use cheap cooking bacon or was it a cut up gammon joint
You may tell your grandmother that's a fine coddle fit for a king. Its not a Dublin dinner, its an irish dinner.
God love her.
Nora sorry for getting for name wrong folks.
A mighty woman
Is Nora still with us ?
I love you….
Where are the carrots
It would be useful if Nana Nora could give some indication of how she's cooking the ingredients - gas/heat, boil/simmer, for how long, etc.
