Thank you for the video. I have the same Kenmore refrigerator , 20 years old with the same symptoms. Ordered the temp sensor from sears parts direct for $32.00. Replaced it , turned the knob on the defrost timer and within minutes, the ice was melting from the evaporator. The refrigerator is now cold again. I will be replacing the fan motor next.
It sounds like it could be a few issues. Evaporator fan motor, defrost thermostat, or defrost heater. The refrigerator depends on the cold coming from the freezer. On some models there is a evaporator in the refrigerator, this could be a evaporator fan motor issue or a frozen evaporator

what should amp meter show if it's working fine ? what if not working right ?
I actually have a repair company to come out for the same thing 2 twice with a 7 day period.
