    Hi Levi quick question for you? Why don't you use electrical heat shrink ? Not only it will sit where you wanted it will be always the same and it can be installed in seconds every time the same place the same way . Also you can choose different colors and strength and thickness. You don't have to worry about air bubble between the shaft and the glue because there is no glue.

    Thanks for the info Levi. What I also do after I stuck the wrap on... is go over it very briefly with a heat gun.... it realy helps the vinyl to stay there forever....untill you have to cut it off...😉

    How do you keep the final edge of the wrap from lifting off arrow. I seen to have the problem if a tiny part of the wrap lifting off

    Levi, is there any overlap of the wrap onto itself, or is the width cut to the exact circumference of the shaft to match at the edges? (ex. 1.325" for an o.d. of 27/64") I have never wrapped cresting but wanting to give it a try.

    Levi. If my arrow has dips and humps from taking off vanes will this make up for that? Or are my arrows ruined? I have tried your vanes on my arrows and it is not sticking. This is the only thing I haven't tried yet. I am also using a bitten Burger fletching tool.

    I use the reflective wraps you can see your arrow from a long ways off in the dark with a flashlight.

    I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I wrap the vinyl so the join is consistent with the rotation of the helical. Keep the vane away from the join. Neat glue beed on a primed vane, clamped in a triple tower for recommended time. 48 hours curing. Dot back and front of vane, looks good... Send it, ffrrttthhhhhh

    Question?I really like how sweet spot an sweet spot pro fit in my hand my question is do you think someone who uses a hinge with a safety is cheeting in some way because obviously if someone would use a fulkrum flex ther is possibly you make a mistake an punch yourself or send an arrow flying in unwanted direction I have an acre of land but I have neighbors to me having a safety makes sense especially for hunting I just was wondering since you're one of the best if you look at someone who chooses using a hinge with a safety is basically like looked at like someone as being in experienced I'm not pro yet or anything but I shoot at Least a few hundred arrows a day I work hard an I think your an amazing archer an it's really cool you make these videos an explain the things you have been through my name is Bryan Mylan an it's good to meet you please let me have your opinion about the whole safety thing thanks for your time bro God bless an be well!

    All that weight on the back (wrap and lighted nock) ruins FOC. I understand you do it for the show but most people shouldn’t. For every 5 grains you add the back you have to offset it with 25 grains in the front.

    • @dimmy1987
      @dimmy1987 4 года назад

      It's not too difficult. I have pretty heavy lighted nocks and I still have 16% FOC fairly easily. Even a 100 gn point is enough to offset 20 gn of weight on the back of the arrow by your formula.

    • @maxsanchez2339
      @maxsanchez2339 4 года назад +1

      Andrew Pearson considering ones FOC is already about 15% if they change to a lighted nock (20gns) there’ll have to add an extra 50-60 gns upfront on top of the 100 they already have, add a wrap and an extra vein and forget it. I use gold tip FOC calculator and if I only change my nock to a lighted nock my FOC goes from 14.9% to 13.4% and all I did was add 12 extra grains to the back. Add a wrap and I’m at 12%. All I’m saying is people think just because they go with a heavy point or inserts they think they’re high FOC and then they add all this stuff to the back and offset the front weight.
