Laurel and Hardy turned out great 👍 Love the flowers. Made me think of the 70's. I watched a lot of the Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy movies back then (Saturday afternoons, after American Bandstand) 🙂 😅 The zinnia page was a nice surprise 😊 Like the addition of the ribbon 💛
Great pages Diane. You really had a great idea with adding the flowers to Laurel and Hardy's page. I love the ribbon border around the flowers. Your idea for a journal with flower pictures and quotes is fun! 🩷🩷🩷
Please keep working in this book! I love seeing what lovely & original creations you come up with for each page. Today was no exception!💗 Yes, I was thinking that the punch probably wouldn't reach - unless you had a long-reach one... But I was confident you'd come up with a solution 😄. I have a few punches like that and I've removed that irritating metal cover that blocks my view of the hole. I think the idea is supposed to be that it collects the little punched pieces for you but I really don't care about that feature! Thanks again for sharing.😊💕
Thanks very much! I have been working in this book quite a bit, but have not filmed everything. Kudos to you-- you were ahead of me on the hole punch! 😅But, yes, I found a way around that. Thanks for the comment! TFW! 😄
Diane: the flower pic with the woven ribbon turned out most interesting. The way you put the words on looks like a step path into the garden. I really thought this was neat! The Laurel & Hardy page turned out completely different than I expected. Going through the AD mag, I thought I noticed the word Hollywood and then later the word legend. Two good words for the classic comedy team. Were they too big? I also thought you would have pulled out your film washi tape that you have and used that. Although, I liked the flowers and they were a good idea. I think the muse had a different idea for you today. Haha. Carol from California
Yeah, the ribbon is interesting; did add something to a rather plain page. Now, I don't recall if those words were too big, or (more likely) I didn't notice them. Oh well, right? TFW!! 😄

Thanks very much! I watched those old comedies back in the day too. The ribbon turned out kind of interesting; glad I tried it. TFW! 😄
How creative 👏👏 . I like the ribbon as a frame. Unique and striking. It made the flowers interesting and stand out. Good job 👍 ❤😊.
Thanks very much! I wasn't too sure about the ribbon but glad I gave it a go. TFW!! 😄

New subscriber. ☺️ Have you tried the library for old magazines? Ours has them available for free. ❤️
Hello! Welcome aboard! Sometimes my library does sell magazines (for cheap); I haven't checked for awhile. I should do that. TFW! 😁
