I want a full length version since i eager to see how they grow together and how they can conquer the world when they step in the gate of being a university student or having job in the near future. Agh this series was so good. I'm so here for alllll of these writing decisions, from X having gotten Mook on board from the beginning to ensure he loses, and the closeness of X and Look's friendship, to Mook falling for Toy and asking him instead of Q as promised to X, because she wants to go with someone she likes (SO here for this especially, love that Mook is not only being used here but that she has agency and takes care of her own interests not in a selfish way but in a human way) and Toy agreeing (and being apologetic but honest to his friend after), to Frank not feeling romantic love for Mind but sibling affection, to Q's Mom taking time to be brought around to accepting her son even though she accepts her brother, but being there for him when it counts AND helping her brother and father reconcile, to the friends supporting one another through everything including coming out, to the perfect amount of hints to give us a sense of what's going on but not being certain until the reveal, to Q being imperfect still (and X liking him that way), and the romantic gesture not working, but the misunderstanding not ruining their relationship chances anyway, to not making any of the underage actors kiss, but still giving us butterflies and a happy ending. A++ whoever is on this writing and editing team, you are the best!! And kudos to the actors who pulled off these characters beautifully so the more subtle moments worked, we didn't need to wonder why Mind was suddenly worried about tutoring Frank as just one example. I really enjoyed this series, all of the characters, and the relationships in it.
I agree with everything you said but one thing you got wrong is that while the characters they play might be underage ( I'm not aware of what university age is in asain countries) the actors themselves are not underage except Bigboom who plays Frank as he was 19 when this was filmed so. I mean if 19 is considered underage there. The rest were 20 or older. The main leads who played X and Q were 23 and 21. But I'm okay with there being no kisses as they are just babies in my eyes as I am much older than them.

I remember looking this up at the time and not finding clear answers (which was why I was a bit vague in my comment about who or how many actors were actually underage--I wasn't certain) but I double checked now and you're definitely right that they were all 19+ and the main leads were 21+, though they seem young in the series. I do think the legal drinking age in Thailand is 20 and I've seen shows where 20 is mentioned as an important milestone so I have in my head that under 20 might be considered underage? But in any case, like you said, I stand by that it worked for this series and I didn't mind the lack of kisses, even if it would not have been age-inappropriate. Thanks for the correction! 💕

This BL series is so cute and brilliant from the characters, dialogues, plot / storyline , everything was perfect. I'll absolutely miss this series especially Q and X moments. Hope we get a season 2 or a longer version of this series just like what happened in love mechanics!!

This was cute though it was short. The way they portryed the feeling of liking the person of same gender, accepting the fact, the parent’s understanding and most importantly good friend circle that matters to every person was soo good…💕💕💕💕
Honestly after TBS I was ready for a sad ending, I had tissues ready but this time Rookie decided to let me sleep happy. I said it since the series started they deserve more!! A full series or at least a new project with 12 eps. That aside Q's mum and uncle are really siblings😂The best duo.
When i saw this upload and it said final episode, in my mind i was like, “what??is this a joke or something?” Beautiful storyline, amazing actors, nice cinematography and all the other stuffs. 🥺 Gosh! Good drama! Straight to the point, not with filler scenes to extend the time of the drama. This drama duration is perfect that goes along with the story. Love the end. I would have liked a special chapter where they appear in the prom and at least kissing. lol Thanks to the crew for your hard work. Keep it up.
No but fr I'm soo sad it came to an end, I wasn't expecting it to finish this soon even tho it's a mini series. I was soo invested on the plot, the story is amazing. The way X had already a crush on Q, and Q releasing after that he's not really into the girl and developing some feelings towards X, it's literally the most amazing thing. The series is so soft, not having angst, cheating...things. Which makes it more specially romantic. The way X looks at Q and takes care of him, got me giggling everytime.

I'd get back here after 7 months. I missed half of my BL life for discontinuing watching this series in the past. The actors are good, the chemistry is good and it made me cry 4x for this episode specially if it talks about family & friends. The OST's timing was also perfect. Really worth it! Such an incredible, simple storyline and it didn't take 3 months to get to the end! The acting was incredible. The uncle is perfect (what a great role model) and even the mom grows to understand and accept her son no matter who he loves. Thanks to everyone involved from Rookie Thailand! The fluffiness of this show makes a girl blush ❤❤❤ I sure want more of these two, and they didn’t even have to kiss… I didn’t think I needed this drama to take away my disappointment from other dramas. I plan on binge watching it for sure!!!
The ending was unexpected like, it lasted 2 mins, we didn't get to see how their relationship will grow (even tho I was waiting for a kiss), aside of this their chemistry is no talk, like OMG, they got me giggling every time. And that scene where Q gave a kiss to X when he wasn't talking about that, gotta be the best and cutest scene, Q's mom and uncle >>>, his mom being so supportive as well as his uncle. I'm really anticipating for a S2 with this same plot like what happened with Love Mechanics, we had the full series after, so I'm really expecting it the same for this series. Aside of this, I liked it sooo much Q's friends are >>>>, they literally didn't ask about anything, they were happy and proud of him when he came out (ah, to have friends like them irl). This was super sweet and heartwarming. What a cute and wholesome time. The ending was a little disappointing (wish we could have actually seen them reunited) but it delivered what I expected. absolutely charming, adorable and super sweet! since they are all of age (in their 20's) I was surprised at the black screen with voice over and no actual kiss. But overall the charm and chemistry of all the actors and the story itself is a big win for me. BRAVO and well done!

แม่กับน้าแมน : ต้องบอกเลยว่าแม่กับน้าแมนเป็นตัวชูรสที่ดีมากๆ ที่หลายๆบ้านอยากมีแม่กับน้าแมนเป็นของตัวเอง เพราะเป็นบทที่แม่กับน้าถกเรื่องลูกด้วยเหตุและผลได้ดีมากๆ และที่ชอบคือการที่แม่เข้าใจ และยอมรับสิ่งที่ลูกเป็น ฟังเหตุและผลจากน้าแมนที่เป็นน้องชายและลูก เขาเป็นครอบครัวที่ซับพอร์ตกันดีมากๆเลยนะ และการสื่อสารของคนที่รับบทเป็นแม่ทำได้ดีมากๆ ตอนร้องไห้กับลูกก็ร้องสุด เป็นน้ำมูกที่ไหลออกมาแล้วแม่ก็ไม่หวั่น แม่ไม่เอามือเช็ดใดๆ แสดงต่อไปจนจบ เราชอบมาก และชอบน้าแมนที่หาเหตุผลมาโน้มน้าวแม่ให้เข้าใจสิ่งที่ลูกเป็นเสมอ เพราะเวลาลูกเกิดปัญหาอะไร หน้าที่ของแม่คืออยู่ข้างๆลูก ซึ่งพอรับรู้ความรู้สึกของตัวละครแล้วมันอบอุ่นหัวใจมากๆ
ทอย(ปรัชญ์) แฟรงค์(บิ๊กบูม) : เป็นแก๊งเพื่อนที่เล่นกันเป็นทีมดี คือแบ่งหน้าที่ให้ทอยส่งขนมให้มุกและแฟรงค์คุยแชทกับมุกแทนคิว จัดแจงให้ทุกอย่างตามคำขอ คิดแทนเพื่อนในแบบที่หวังดีกับเพื่อนเสมอ เวลาเพื่อนอกหักหรือเกิดปัญหาอะไรก็ถามถ้าเพื่อนไปได้ยินได้ฟังอะไรมาแล้วเข้าใจผิดก็พยายามให้เพื่อนฟังเหตุผลและเชื่อใจกัน นี่แหละคือความสวยงามของคำว่าเพื่อน

This was cute though it was short. The way they portryed the feeling of liking the person of same gender, accepting the fact, the parent’s understanding and most importantly good friend circle that matters to every person was soo good…💕💕💕💕
Honestly after TBS I was ready for a sad ending, I had tissues ready but this time Rookie decided to let me sleep happy. I said it since the series started they deserve more!! A full series or at least a new project with 12 eps.

Good drama! Straight to the point, not with filler scenes to extend the time of the drama. This drama duration is perfect that goes along with the story. Love the end. No but fr I'm soo sad it came to an end, I wasn't expecting it to finish this soon even tho it's a mini series.
I was soo invested on the plot, the story is amazing.
The way X had already a crush on Q, and Q releasing after that he's not really into the girl and developing some feelings towards X, it's literally the most amazing thing.
The series is so soft, not having angst, cheating...things. Which makes it more specially romantic.
The way X looks at Q and takes care of him, got me giggling everytime.

I'd get back here after 7 months. I missed half of my BL life for discontinuing watching this series in the past. The actors are good, the chemistry is good and it made me cry 4x for this episode specially if it talks about family & friends. The OST's timing was also perfect. Really worth it! Such an incredible, simple storyline and it didn't take 3 months to get to the end! The acting was incredible. Was the sweetest series. No French kiss but the tension was there. Thank you !! Great script!! Great acting! Great scenery. Thank you!!
The ending was unexpected like, it lasted 2 mins, we didn't get to see how their relationship will grow (even tho I was waiting for a kiss), aside of this their chemistry is no talk, like OMG, they got me giggling every time.
And that scene where Q gave a kiss to X when he wasn't talking about that, gotta be the best and cutest scene, Q's mom and uncle >>>, his mom being so supportive as well as his uncle.
I'm really anticipating for a S2 with this same plot like what happened with Love Mechanics, we had the full series after, so I'm really expecting it the same for this series.
Aside of this, I liked it sooo much Q's friends are >>>>, they literally didn't ask about anything, they were happy and proud of him when he came out (ah, to have friends like them irl).

This was super sweet and heartwarming. What a cute and wholesome time. The ending was a little disappointing (wish we could have actually seen them reunited) but it delivered what I expected. absolutely charming, adorable and super sweet! since they are all of age (in their 20's) I was surprised at the black screen with voice over and no actual kiss. But overall the charm and chemistry of all the actors and the story itself is a big win for me. BRAVO and well done!

We need more of them 😭 all the cast have very good chemistry and i really love frank’s story, and hoping that if there is season 2 he gonna get his own partner, looking forward for season 2 and hopefully longer episode 😢
this mini-series is so good! The overall flow, acting, story... superb! I hope this will be produce again in full length series.

I was worried this series would have a sad ending, since that happened to the YinWar's series one, but I'm glad it's happy ending, they deserves it... And they deserves a full length series... The chemistry just awesome, the story was short but it already full package, its about love, familly and friendship, thank you 😘
