Just subbed, I feel like I'm back to good ol days of Rich Piana's bigger by the day. This kind of long format fitness content is gold. Seeing the actual process of bodybuilding in such detail, plus learning new things from an experienced athlete is priceless. These videos are pure KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM.
Sam is right about warm-ups: unless your goal is to pre-fatigue, then just get warmed up, in the groove, with as few reps as possible, spending minimal energy/effort on the warm ups, so you have as much in the tank for the top working set(s) as possible while still being ready for that load and movement pattern.
Sam you literally give me motivation to push harder everyday for the gym and to always be consistent with my meal preps. Been watching you since day 1. Keep up the hard work, appreciate you sm bro

Legs, Chest, Back, Arms is the spilt. Also hit CALFS everyday, and SHOULDERS similar to CALFS. 11 or so sets, and mostly reaching 15-20 reps to get to to highest muscle fatigue
Going parallel on squats are really good,WHEN YOU DO THEM NORMALLY. If you squat as insane as you with your legs touching each other getting parallel is beyond insane. Getting that amount of weight with that form is mind blowing.
2nd day of cardio, can already feel I’m getting weaker but that just means I’m not eating enough , thank goodness you haven’t posted a full day of eating Sam
