I just rebuilt this deck today. My changes include fixing up the mana base. Now, the only lands that actually enter in tapped are the ones that can tap for any color. I added some filter lens as well.
I replaced some of the creatures with those that actually do something with oars and equipment, instead of just doing something to create junk. I thought that this was the biggest problem with Scrappy survivors.
Additionally, I took some equipment cards left over from upgrades Unleashed and put them in as well as auras from virtue and valor.
I also added some decent removals, like beast within and generous gift. Because I thought that removing permanence was far more important than exiling creatures.
I also took the opportunity to add another board wipe
It'll also take advantage of the roles that were utilized by virtue and valor. Some of them anyway, more specifically.. monster and virtuous.
I just started back at magic again, and i was wondering if this deck is good for starter players I got it cuz i'm a big fan of the fallout series and Dogmeat Is just the best friend a guy can ask for
The precon Commander decks are good in general, but Commander isn't the most new-player friendly since the card pool is massive (nearly every card ever printed!). If you've played before, the learning curve won't necessarily be as bad.
@@MTGUnpacked i've played a bit before, but this is my actual first ever deck, all of them i've played with were from friends and between all 4 of them the dogmeat deck looked the most interesting for me

Unlikely. If this is anything like the Warhammer Commander decks, there will be multiple waves of reprints.
