DistroKid deleted all my releases, and I want to switch to LANDR distributor, should I use the same ISRC for the same releases that I want to re-upload to LANDR ?

@@JaceyFlames I mean, what happens if I upload my releases to a new distributor without using the ISRC that was on DistroKid and they are all deleted on the platforms? I am also confused. Can I change my artistic name when re-uploading my releases to the new distributor?

Then unfortunately at that point you would need to re-upload your songs, but let’s hope that the ISRC from DistroKid will reactivate your songs on LANDR. Also, it’s worth noting that on CD Baby you can upload your songs on their and your songs will never be deleted or taken off even if you stop using their service.
Thank you for the video! I’m ready to release my song created by me from the scratch to the finish, however, I don’t feel like disclosing my name. Do I really have to tell Landr my name so they publish it everywhere or there’s a way to remain private (except for W9 purposes, which would be between me and Landr)?
You always use your name for publishing and royalty reasons. You always want to make sure you get rightfully paid by the platforms needed + the W9 also works hand in hand with you getting your royalties and paid properly.
If I choose the date when I want to have my song upload. At which hour that day the song will be uploaded?
If they don’t have the option on the distributor you are using, usually it will be released at 12am in your time zone.

Even though it says put legal name in the lyricist portion, is it okay to put your artist name instead? I see thats what you did & i really do not want to put my government name on the song credits but I also don’t want to encounter issues with publishing rights / rights to my song in the future.
Unfortunately, you may encounter problems during the publishing rights/royalties and all of that.
@@JaceyFlames okay thank you for your speedy reply 🙏🏽 I think I may have found a loophole where I can put my artist name as the lyricist and my government name as the publisher within that same section🤞🏽 {also I do plan to legally change my name one day} so hopefully doing it like that works out!

What is the procedure of selecting beatport on landr ,they are saying that you need to select beatport through application,What is that mean ? I can't find beatport on this . Can you help me please 🙏
To release on Beatport, you will need the following: A LANDR account. A Distribution Pro Yearly, Studio Yearly or Studio Pro Yearly subscription. An established online presence or a significant following. Also, to release on Beatport, you will need the following:

No, the LANDR Studio plan includes unlimited distribution at no extra cost, including releasing tracks as albums or EPs. However, there is a small fee for releasing cover songs.

DistroKid wont let you put a Label name down unless you get the top 2 plans which is the 39.99/yr & 89.99/yr

because distrokid didn't give me the option but i guess i had chose the wrong plan so they put "DK 6292762"

My friend, Distrokid deleted all my releases for no reason and now I want to move to Landr. Do you advise me to use the isrc code because I want my music to be on the same pages that I had when I was in distrokid, or will this also cause a problem, or is it better not to use the code and upload to new pages?
I would use the code, to see if you can still obtain the streams and data from those songs that were deleted.
