The year was 2020 and after having a great run at the Australian Open, Iga would go on to conquer her first Grand Slam and skyrocket into the World top 20, as it was clear she was going to become a superstar. That 2020 year was the start of Iga's rise. Glad she's today the no.1 in women's tennis😀
And she just won Rome Open. On route to another Slam victory in Paris!
At RG in 2020 she had an easy path to the title, just my opinion. But still, she's an excellent tennis player, quite dominating now the WTA😁

This is an honest question and not a slight. She's one of my favourite tennis players currently. Why did Iga have a bigger serve back in 2020? Even the video recounts a period when she served a decent amount of aces.

Maybe without COVID in 2020, she wouldn't have won that Slam at RG. Despite that, she remains a force in women's tennis. Whether I like it or not, that's another story. (P.S. I'm a Coco Gauff fan 😁 )
