It's so good to see him happy and excited about what he does. He reminds me of the saying "love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life ". Rock on, Mr. Lightfoot. Rock on....💘
Oh my goodness, what a legend. Gordon Lightfoot was my “go to” music growing up! I can’t make a favourite but one I really love to pieces is “Pussywillows, cat-tails” such an emotion! 💖💖💖
Great to see Gord so relaxed and chatting. I didn't realize he's hurt his leg a while back! He's my all-time favorite, and can do no wrong in my eyes, of course.
I know Gordon is a Canadian Icon, but he is an American Icon to me. He is both. :) I am born and reared in the USA and it isn't relevant to me if he is Mexican or Canadian or USA. He is an Icon to me :)
God Love you Gordon Lightfoot!... It's so wonderful to see you so well And still doing what we all love so much. You obviously Love what you do also (It shows,) otherwise you would have given it up years ago. Thanks Robbie, Smashing interview!
Wow-nice to see Robbie Lane again I haven’t seen him in years. I used to go see Robbie and the Disciples at some of the clubs downtown back in the early 70s. He still very handsome. And interviewing one of my all-time favourite artists-Gordon.
It’s harder to reconcile him with his young self, more so than any elderly performer I can think of. It’s almost as if he’s an imposter. Maybe it wouldn’t seem like that in comparison with an interview from the 70s or 80s. Is there one available.
I agree. His look is so different in so many ways! And his voice is certainly slower & creekier, but once you hear him talk over the years, you can hear so many similarities in his manner & his vocabulary & his humor!
Gordon you need to buy something called carbon 60 and something called nad+ it will change your life and you will be to 30 years younger in a week so hope that helps you out
Wow, he looks great. I'm so glad he's still doing the damn thing. Amazing talent. ❤️

I agree 100%
Well, you try being a mouse sleeping next to an elephant for over 150 years...we have to squeak up once in a while to assert ourselves!
Me too! It doesn't matter to me where he's from. He could be an alien and I'd still love him ❤

"Give me no lip, stand aside as I press on, a sunlit sea on the last day in October, how fresh the wind, will you miss me from now on?"
