Bro have you heard of this thing called speeduino? It's like a standalone ecu that you can program and remap and tune most cars for 1/4 the price in case you end up having to get into all that. I forgot if it relaxes megasquirt too, like a 2 in 1. Actually as I type this I remeber you bought something already to tune but maybe someone else needs to know this.

Not on 3psi like im at but still lol.

I am planning on changing all the engine mounts and transmission mounts in my 08 TL as well. I found two bad mounts and assuming the rest of them are bad or will be bad in the near future. So might as well change it all. Hydraulic mounts are great, they provide a lot more comfort with minimum vibration and noise in the cabin, but as far as I know, they are more expensive and less durable than solid mounts. I am gonna go with the Hydraulic w/vaccume mounts from RockAuto. Hopefully, they are good like the OEM once.

@@seattlejdmcivic On my tl the OEM bushings on the mount ripped so bad u could feel the engine move when you drove off and eventually it simmered down. Then after I switched to the 65as which are supposed to be the softest lol but they will rattle because they are way stiffer than the OEM ones since they have a rubber bushing and the innovatives have a urethane bushing. Now I can bounce off the limiter no problem and I've had them for over 2-3 years now. I don't usually go that high on the rpms tho since it's my daily n only car. I got it with 124k miles on the dash. now it's got around 167k n that j 3.2 is still tight af. I would try to put some type of foam tape or Velcro on the edge of the front of the dash before installing the innovative. But if you're racing it then maybe the 75a (LOTS OF RATTLE) which are even more stiff might be better for u. You could feel the vibration on the steering wheel and the seats when I first got MY 65as and still now mostly on the steering wheel. but not as bad as when they were first installed cause they do set in after a while. Heeltoe labeled the 65a as "street" and the 75a as "race". I spent hours on the acurazine forums trying to get second opinions and ended up going with the 65as and haven't had to worry about mounts since then.www.heeltoeauto.com/innovative-mounts-2004-08-acura-tl-tl-s-ua6-ua7-10750.html?cat=2736

@@volacnic364 @TL Type-S thanks for the reply bro yeah so I straight snap the bolts and half in the side motor mount that's over by the timing belt I mean I literally rip them out of the Mount and broke the bolts off and had to get the holes rethreaded and tapped and I just put brand new OEM mounts on this thing about a year ago I mean I bang years this is my daily driver but I snatch s hard enough that this isn't the first car I've done this with I've done it to my bill 95 Civic Coupe K20 head and k24 block and I did that twice until I added extra torque mounts and support
So I've never gotten solid mounts in any of the 15 Honda's that I have owned that's why I have questions before I drop this money because I'm ready to order them right now but I want to make sure I make the right purchase
Now I know you said to only go with two of the three mounts but if I raise my idol by 100 which I think I can do it my shop with the Snap-On scanner when I reprogram my throttle body since it's electric and set the idle a little higher what did you do with like 850rpm 950rpm 1,000???????????
I know it's going to vibrate a little bit I just don't want crazy crazy by bration since this is still my daily driver even though I do re sit here and there randomly at red lights when these VA owners or 350zs G35s think I'm just a slow-ass stock Accord with a 4-cylinder and then got to show them what does hfp V6 6-speed can do with full bolt ons...
BUT YEAH YOU REALLY THINK THE 65 IS A WASTE AND TO GO WITH 75? SINCE THEY'RE THE SAME PRICE and I would be putting the front back and the one on the side by the timing belt on because I don't want to rip that one
Now my question is I'm read other comments that said that they can't handle the heat from our cats cuz I do still have the pretty cats I just replace them but they do not have a heat shield on them anymore because it would not fit the new catalytic converters the heat shield was all bent to hell
I just don't want it melting those mounts I've heard that that can happen so as long as I put the rubber heat shield back over these new mounts that came off the stock ones and maybe use the header heat wrap around the cats that might keep that from happening have you had that issue?
And would you say with the 75 the vibration is still bearable it's just mainly a title that you get the vibration and once you raise the idle a little bit it's pretty much nonexistent?
Okay so you're saying go with the 65? Because that's what I wanted to go is but other people are telling me to 65 zoar way too soft in the 75 is only get a little bit of rattle see my thing is I want them to be strong enough because I do race it and I don't want to break them again or waste my money if the 65 zarn strong enough but I don't want to go with 75 if they're too aggressive and have it be unbearable that I can't bring my grandmother to the store when I drive her once in a while I mean she knows I race and she won't mind my lowered car at all but I don't want this thing to rattle her f****** brains out either or start rattling other s*** loose in the car because like I said this is my daily and the Civic is my full-blown track car but if you think the 65 sore worth it but again like I said I probably race damn near every other day if somebody pulls up on me at a light and we got a clear shot so do you think the 65 can handle it or do I go with 75 so I don't want crazy rattle but I don't want the 65 to be damn near stock and then have me rip them out again when I snatch 2nd gear

Haven't had any issues. I would check that link I sent u in the last reply for better clarification tho. There's a whole forum on Acurazine for those mounts. But like I said if ur racing and have a lot of torque a damper would help. I daily mine too and I didn't want to go with the stock again and switched to the innovatives and I haven't had any issues since I switched. But yeah when u first get them they rattle once you stop at red lights or when u stop and the cars on cause they're so stiff compared to the rubber OEM ones but eventually the rattling does simmer. Mine feel a lot softer compared to when I first got them But if you do go with the 75a they will rattle a lot more since the urethane bushing is more hard meaning you'll feel the engine vibrations around the chassy of ur car and in the cabin

    Biggest mistake lol
I am on my 3rd set of innovative mounts. The reason you CANT get the 65a mounts is because the polyurethane they used, is WAYYYYY too soft for the TL even tho they are rated 65a. So the only ones you can get from innovative is the 75A, and even those are HORRIBLE. Remember, we have our cats RIGHT NEXT to the mount, and the polyurethane innovative used, doesnt perform well around heat so when the car is cold, the mounts feel good but as soon you start driving, you start to hear some clunking sound in the front and its the freaking mounts moving, 🤦🏽‍♂️
When you get tired of the clunking and the poor performance lol just go to acura delray parts website and order a nice brand new oem set. Get a couple custom torque mounts.
Ps. Reused the stock mount heatsink w.e that thing called lol, reused it to cover the mounts and maybe it would help it the withstand heat.

@@seattlejdmcivic go w the 75a, and then order the transmission mount, so you can have a nice solid feel. The transmission mount is a separate kit…. You dont have to get it, but it will tear apart the transmission upper mount, they are cheap to replace and easy af so I mean, its something that can wait. Also, try to look for a torque mount, if Im not mistaken, I think your accord has a torque mount that goes by the belt and also helps holding her down. The 65a, is wayyyyyyyyyy too soft, and 3-4 months later, its going to clunk lol so get the 75a, and make sure you add thread lock on ALL the bolts, even on the bracket that goes into the engine as vibrations will increase and cause the bolts to back out. I would just like to hear from somebody how well the 65 Ace held up or if it's worth it to go 75 a since I raised on damn near a daily basis in mine and I do daily drive it I wanted to still be able to be daily driven without crazy vibration but I also don't want to waste the money on the 65 if they're not going to be able to handle me banging gears if that's the case I'll go with the 75 if they're not going to vibrate much more

Those solid mounts is going to F up ur car.... all the vibration from the engine will now travel through the car and break whatever is loose that can release the energy from the vibration... be wary of this. Unless you have your car set up to deal with the extra vibration Don't do it... Cracked Dash boards is usually what happens 1st.
    Very Nice set up tho.

If he stays stock, the mounts will just rip apart in no time. Common flaw with stock mounts. Now he's pushing more power and needs to stay with the innovative mounts.

@@tltype-s357 Very True. Im Jus saying that the vibration will pass through the rest of the car n F up any & everything that it can... as long you know that and maintain everything then its cool...

@@thatdudeKarim Understandable the caution needs to be taken. The vibration is only rough at idle. He can raise the idle up to 900-1000 thus lowering the amount of vibration. His dash is already cracked so that's the least of his worries.

How do you like the 65 AS because I have 04 V6 6-speed Accord Coupe hfp package
Okay I have a serious question for you I have an 04 Accord V6 6 speed manual coupe with the hfp Honda factory performance package cold air intake pre-cat deletes rv6 v3 J pipe full Cat-Back exhaust ja35 intake manifold throttle body p2r ported and polished lower intake runners and I keep tearing my stock mounts up and I've already replaced them three times I'm ready to order the innovative mounts right now I'm stuck between going with the 60 or the 75 like used in the video which ones did you go with??? I Don't want crazy vibration but I want to make sure that they can handle me banging gears because I have literally snapped the bolts in half in my my Mount that's over on the timing belt side in my V6 Accord and in my 95 Civic Coupe that's built as well because I'm telling you when I grab 2nd or 3rd I'm snatching that gear hard and I just had to rethread and Time-Sert and helicoil my motor mount over there by the timing belt
